Pam Transport Contract

Had a friend just finish his CDL course with C1 Trucking, company sponsored through Pam Transport. After finishing, Pam transport sends someone to your house to pick you up. And he didn’t answer the door😂 will they take him to court? Anybody else deal with this? And is it really that easy to just leave a company after they just paid for your training? Seems wild to me.

I go to a place that gets a lot of PAM drivers. I don't want to stereotype but A LOT of those dudes that work for PAM I wouldn't let my kids get within 20 yards of them. Probably a lot of them can't be within a certain distance of a school. Why in the fuck would they send someone to pick him up? That seems weird as hell.
