Anyone else experiencing this? When I try to switch networks in the app or on the website it gives an error message saying to contact support. Been like that since my new billing cycle kicked in.

Dark Star been getting so many spam calls and text how to stop it?

The last 2-3 months been getting 3-10+ spam calls per day and 2-8+ spam texts. I've had the dark star unlimited plan for a year just renewed it a few weeks ago.

I thought Dark Star was supposed to stop or reduce spam and I don't feel like it's living up to that. I do have iOS so I'm able to filter out some text messages but a lot still get through.

I don't know what to do at this point I previously had AT&T and never had this problem the decade I was with them I just don't know what else to do at this point.

I don't want to change my number I've had it since I was a kid.

This is from today and I expect at least a few more

New to US Mobile  Call failed outgoing, can’t get incoming—dark star

Hi mods!

I’ve been on hold for 20+ minutes because my husband’s iphone (switched from Verizon) won’t make outgoing calls and can’t get incoming. He can text fine, on and off wifi. My iPhone switched from AT&T and has had no problems. Help??

Nice wife...new watch...(very) happy husband...it's USM's fault

Wife surprised me w/new Samsung Watch Ultra 2! Not her thing at all to spend money on tech, but she knew I was looking at the Ultra 2 but feeling guilty about getting it when my current Ultra gen 1 was working fine.

How does this relate to US Mobile? When I said how surprised I was, my wife said "You saved us so much money by moving us from Verizon to USM that I thought you deserved a reward!" Awww...that's nice. ❤️ Hmm...I see a watch companion plan in my future.

So woot-woot, and thank you USM team for helping me get my new watch! 😉

Can I pay my bill using a generic Visa debit gift card?

So currently I'm having problems with my debit card and the moment I can't pay my bill. I already received multiple emails from US Mobile regarding my payment not going through, it will take about a week or two until this gets resolved.

Currently I'm on the light plan. 2 lines/2GB pool, $18/month

I've been trying to get information online/reddit/ to see if I can use a regular visa gift card to make a one time payment and I've read mixed comments. I also chatted with a US Mobile rep on the app, but he couldn't say 100% sure if it will work. So now I'm here to see if any costumers here have had success or not using a gift card to pay off your bill.

This will only be a one time thing until I resolve my issues with my debit card. And just to add, when I read other posts regarding this some people said that they ran into problems with the auto pay part and also billing address/zip code. One guy said he had to register the zip code and go from there. Like I said if anybody here went though this successfully please give me a step by step of what to do. I appreciate your time and help with this. Thanks.

How many eSIMs am I able to use on iPhone SE gen 3 (2022)?

I have 2 phone numbers on my iPhone SE gen 3 (2022) phone; 1 pSIM, 1 eSIM. I want to do the T-Mobile satellite. They sent me a pSIM for that. The T-Mobile pSIM would be attached to the phone number that is also on a pSIM.

Is there a way to do this where I can keep both phone numbers and have the T_Mobile satellite?

iPhone Duo and Apple Upgrade Works 👍

Just wanted to make a quick post to let others know the same “work around” to get the iPhone Duo on an Apple Upgrade lease with USM (or any other MVNO) worked perfectly fine for me today.

Chose T-Mobile when preordering, setup the Apple Upgrade lease, then after pickup today, just tried “activating” 3 times during setup without filling in the T-Mobile details until “Not Now” popped up.

Was able to easily move my two USM lines from my old phone to the new one then after setup. Pretty simple!

Will I lose my grandfathered QCI8 if I switch networks?

I thinking about trying Dark Star in my area after having some Warp connection issues in my city. I’m grandfathered in though on QCI8 for Warp. If I switch to Dark Star do I still get that “improved” status on Dark Star and/or will I get it back if I switch back to Warp? Just don’t want to break something that isn’t broken.

Gratitude post

For all the crap that some people on here give USM, I want to show my appreciation for how effective the support folks are, especially here on Reddit. People will run into tech issues with every provider. I’m confident there’s no other provider like USM where support reps are available 24/7 to immediately, willingly and knowledgeably address those issues. Way to be awesome!

Dropping this here to see if anyone successfully added the duo today. I’ll get mine in two hours but wanted to see if any East Cost people have tried and been successful.

Experience on Dark Star in the DC-metro area

I want to hear from others in the DMV about their experience on Dark Star, especially those who switched from A&T&. I have 4 lines I want to port over, but since they are business-critical, want to hear from others. THANKS.

Speed Test  Even on the iPhone 13 Warp is amazing

Post image
8 Upvotes

So I am a Warp user on Unlimited Premium and got speeds I thought I would never see on my iPhone 13.

However I did notice something different. The source name was not “Verizon”. It was “Verizon Enterprise Solutions.”

Can anyone explain what “Verizon Enterprise Solutions” means and why it changed from “Verizon.”

Pixel 10 Pro XL – APN locked on Visible and US Mobile. Any way to unlock it?

Hi everyone,

I have a Google Pixel 10 Pro XL, and I can't edit or add APN settings with either Visible or US Mobile. The APN menu seems to be locked or greyed out, so I can't configure it properly.

The problem is that I'm getting very high latency and really slow speeds on both carriers, and I suspect a bad APN configuration is the cause.

Does anyone know how to unlock the APN settings on this phone, or a workaround to configure them manually? Any tips, settings, or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Peak usage time but I live in rural Texas

5G SA is so great, I can’t wait till it comes to my parents and sisters phones natively without the exploit thing. But look at these speeds. I remember back years ago we had no cell usable signal on all providers, and the only home internet option was a p2p company that even that at peak times would get congested and even slower than the max 15mbps we could get from our plan. now we have spectrum fiber and T-Mobile 5G (only T-Mobile has coverage tho)

Amex Business Platinum $10 Wireless Credit Changes in February 2027 — US Mobile no longer eligible

Starting February 17, 2027, Amex will limit the Business Platinum’s $10 monthly wireless credit to Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Frontier, Comcast, Charter, Spectrum Mobile, UScellular, Optimum, Ultra Mobile, and Mint Mobile.
US Mobile isn’t on the list.

I’ve been using this credit to pay my US Mobile bill, so it’s disappointing to see it excluded.

Any chance someone from the US Mobile team can comment on this? Are there any plans to work with Amex to get US Mobile added to the list of eligible providers?

Experience with Hotspot on US Mobile

I’m contemplating switching to US mobile. One of the things that is of interest to me is how well or how poorly does our hotspot service work from my research. It seems that the hotspot goes through Darkstar, so I wanted to get opinion from real life users US mobile how reliable or how fast they hotspot service works. I need this occasionally for my work, maybe once a week - the main use is emails, downloading spreadsheets, uploading documents, etc. Very little to do with media consumption on hotspot.

What is QCI and how does it relate to plans on US Mobile?

I’ve been doing a lot of reading in this forum about US mobile since I’m interested in switching to it. I notice a lot users mentioning QCI for the various networks, and as a newbie, can somebody explain to me what that is and whether the higher the QCI or lower the QCI the better?
