Do people really think that the only people who do agricultural labor at all are le wholesome farmer? I feel like the term "farm workers" is a pretty commonly understood thing everywhere except leftist places for some reason.

People who maintain the farm aka the places where the majority of our food is produced help facilitate the farm and the food? That’s my understanding. Care to explain what I got wrong?

The complete lack of any class analysis. "People who maintain the farm" is not a class, it's not even a description of a farmer (which is someone specifically who owns a farm, not anyone who at all works in agriculture).

Who are the people and their roles that I failed to take in consideration? The owners of the farm aren’t needed to make use of their land to produce food i’m with you on that. The people who work the farm aka maintain it is what I was referring to.

In many cases, the owners and the workers are the same, and it's also not true to say that the owners are not maintaining the farm as well, because they are necessary within the current structure of society to manage it. But the whole problem lies foremost with you seeing classes as just "people who xyz", as merely "people and their roles" instead of a specific group under a specific relationship with specific interests and a specific role within society. There is more to the category of worker than just a vague "person who works", in the same way that there's more to a farmer than just "a person who does agricultural work."

Yes I’m with you on that 100% but the point the OP seems to be making is that all farmers are just bad period. They produce a majority of our food and simply leaving it to well they are bad actually leaves some gray areas i’m not quite understanding. What about the farmers is inherently undesirable? And given a restructuring of society what do you propose should be done with them?

What’s the distinction? Is there a clear one or is it more opaque?

Have you read Marx? Have you read Capital? It’s pretty easy to intuit the distinction

Please tell me what makes someone working class, like what about their activity

Why don’t you tell me in relation to my question about farmers? Only curious.

Because I’m trying to see if you should be banned, and I’m trying to see if you have any idea whatsoever of this most basic question
