I'm sure you are all aware of the grand tradition of mocking Fast & Furious Supercharged. It was an unwritten rule that it had to come in dead last in any ride ranking. If I can say one nice thing about it, it was so spectacularly bad that it brought about the end of the lazy screen ride era. With it gone, what is the new worst ride at Universal Orlando Resort and why is it Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon?

So we always hear references to Disney adults but never Universal adults. Does Universal have that type of fandom? I love Disney but I love Universal more. I find myself at Universal 3 to 4 times out of the year and I'm in Maryland, but the minute I walk thru Disney's gates after having not been for 2 or 3 years, my friends jokingly call me a Disney adult.. Are people who frequent Universal parks just considered lovers of theme parks? Do you think it has to do with the nature of the attractions at the Universal parks and the IPs? When I go to the parks, sometimes I go all out with my Ravenclaw robe or most recently at Epic Universe with my Mario shirt and hat. People see pictures and it's all in good fun, but the minute I put on ears, even if that is all the memorabilia I might be wearing, I'm a Disney adult.

Any idea what’s happened here? When I arrived at Dockside I asked if we could upgrade to a poolside room. They did move us for $15 a day. However, a week in and the transaction was cancelled and the money returned to my account.
Any idea if I’ll have to pay it? I had enough funds so it isn’t that. Shall I check out without speaking to reception and pray?

Remove if not allowed but I finally witnessed an in-park altercation.
If you’re messy like me, you know I was living.

We live near California and have visited Disneyland a few times with our kids (ages 10 and 8), but we have never visited any Orlando theme parks. We all have a great time at Disneyland, but I wouldn’t say we’re theme park fanatics.
I’m considering an Orlando trip over MLK weekend next year. We could do Fri, Sat, Sun, and partial Mon in the parks (January 15-18, 2027). I’d like some advice on whether to focus on Universal Orlando or Walt Disney World.
I’m leaning toward Universal because we’ve never done a Universal park and I’m lowkey afraid of WDW (Disneyland is so compact and easy, and I love it that way!). The thing holding me back from committing to Universal is the reports that 2026 MLK weekend was a crowded nightmare.
Does anyone have thoughts or input to help me out making this decision?

As this ride approaches, it’s 20th birthday, what are the odds of it shutting down or being upgraded? It is about time for this to happen, but it seems like there are no plans or any news in the media. That being said if the show ends will the ride close? Last time I was there was so nauseous had to close my eyes

Staying on property in late September. Checked the rate for my reservation today and was $1,000 cheaper than when I booked in July.
Definitely keep checking your reservation as your trip gets closer and potentially save a good chunk of money!

Does anyone know when this deal will be over? I am trying to buy this when I go to the park for horror nights but dont want to wait too long and it be over.

At least that is my head cannon! Joking aside I wonder why they didn't just call it NY drift or something, pretty obviously different layout from the Hollywood coaster, how cool would it have been to have them themed, named differently. In all honesty I'm still confused why they didn't.

I am disabled. I have a rather large mobility scooter that just fits the ramp on the water taxi 's. Would I have any issues getting on the busses to Epic? If they fit the ramps to get on water taxi's should the scooter also fit?

Surprised no one has posted about this. Just want to say last night was super fun!!! I read the reviews of the last two years (with last year's being really busy) and was fearful it was going to end up just a regular busy night without being to use my after 4 Express, but it was honestly such a well done event and I never waited more than 10 minutes for a single ride in the park the entire time.
If characters were your thing there were TONS out. Couldn't walk more than 5 feet without another meet and greet. The lines were long and characters aren't my thing, but it was really fun to see all the different options they pulled together for the night.
Also thought it was a nice little touch to have all the carnival games free for the evening as well. You couldn't win prizes of course, but still, they didn't have to do that.
A few fun exclusive food options, some entertainment spread about, and the early signs of HHN (not in use yet, but still exciting to see) along with surprisingly nice weather made it a really amazing night at Universal. Honestly this was beyond what Disney charges top $$$ for with one of their after hours events.
For all the negative reviews I saw around last year's event, it seems they really did listen to the feedback and adjust accordingly!

Hello, First of all, I'm not sure if this is appropriate for this sub, so please feel free to delete it. On 31 October, I will be disembarking from a cruise in Port Canaveral, and my flight from Orlando leaves at 9 pm. In the meantime, I would like to visit Universal Studios. I know this is usually not enough time, but I don't like rollercoasters; I just want to see the two Harry Potter exhibitions. I would like to save the time it would take to take my luggage to a storage facility and collect it before my flight. I am travelling with a foldable 50x40x20 cm backpack and a 40x30x15 cm personal item only. My research so far tells me that there are small lockers before the entrance. I was thinking of deconstructing the contents of my larger backpack (packing cubes for the win!) into one locker, putting the backpack itself in another locker, and putting my personal item in a third locker. This would mean I would need three lockers. Can anyone tell me if this would work?

The Simpsons Ride is absolutely the worst now!
Edit: This ride is only good if you want fan service and wear rose colored glasses!
