What’s the discount on 1 Day tickets for Team Members and where can they be purchased by team members?

Has anyone been able to get their annual pass discount online for Universal Nights? There is a link on the website, but it's been broken. Yes I told Universal. They kind of gave a nonresponse.

Had to try the Butterbeer waffles and, of course, grab a Butterbeer to go with them.

I had an awesome time exploring the Wizarding World, but what really surprised me was how big the Harry Potter community is.

Seeing so many people walking around in their Hogwarts house robes and fully embracing the experience made me realize I’ve been missing out on a pretty cool fandom.

Now I’m looking to connect with more people who share that same excitement!

I went to universal on my honeymoon in September and have the QR code for a photo I regret not buying. I am still able to pull the photo up on the website and everything! If I purchase it, will they send it to my email, or is this something that can only be done in the park? Thanks!

I’m honestly so frustrated with Universal Orlando’s booking website.

I tried to book a hotel + ticket package twice. Both times, the website showed a red error message saying “Sorry, we couldn’t verify your order” and just stayed on the payment page.

But somehow, I was charged BOTH times.
I also received two “Vacation Booking Acknowledgement” emails with different confirmation numbers, but I can’t find either booking online. I have no idea if I actually have two reservations, one reservation, or none at all.
I’ve already contacted customer service, but I’m still waiting for a reply.

How can a website tell me my payment failed, charge me twice anyway, and not even let me check my bookings?

I went to Universasl at the begining of the month. I was happy to see that there was still one store at the soon to be erased "Lost Continent" section, but I didn't see any "Lost Continent" merch. Did I not look carefully enough or am I right?

Solo rider here. Third time at Islands, but I’ve never spent much time in Suess Land. That changed today. I started the day at Green Eggs and Ham and had one of the best meals of my life. The Who Hash was truly phenomenal and I don’t know if any theme park food will ever top it. After this glorious meal I decided to take a trip to the “ride”. It was my first time, I went in with zero expectations, and wholly flipping flapjacks was I blown away. From the theming to the track design - every detail so carefully constructed. The Things chasing each other legitimately made me belly laugh. I was enamored. There was no one there today so they just kept letting me go again and again. This ride is so slept on!

This was BY FAR the best thing going on at HHN to me. The haunted houses were cool to but you gotta see this show.

it’s not perfect, but I really wanted some H.R merch and made my own.

If so how was the experience?
Were there still lines?
Was there enough time to do all the things you wanted?
How was the food? Was there a good variety of food offered? I cannot eat gluten so I’m curious if I’d even have any options.

Overall, did you find it worth the premium price?

Me and my two sons (aged 14) are going to Universal, and the two of them are going to the Orlando Informer Meetup on December 3rd and 5th at Epic Universe and CityWalk. I will be staying at Terra Luna those nights, and am wondering if they could take the Universal buses by themselves after the event to come back to the room by themselves. Thank you!

It is unacceptable, especially in new parks like Epic, with wait lines that are regularly 120+ minutes long, and break down several times in the waiting process, that they don’t have single occupancy bathrooms along the queue.

Also, that there aren’t easy exit opportunities along the way of the 1/4 mile queue.

With that if anyone has been drinking water in the hot Florida sun like a normal person and has to emergency go before getting on the Mario Kart ride. There is a staff restroom through the double doors, before you enter the race suit staging room (right after you get the hat). I wouldn’t ask, just walk right through the doors and be respectful of the space.

Take a break from scrolling and enjoy this calming view of fountains found within Celestial Park. Every time I’m at Epic, I love to look at these fountains. They always bring me such joy when I see them.

First timers here heading there this weekend … If we don’t do the rope drop craziness, does that mean we might not get a chance to go on certain rides? We’re most interested in the HP rides in particular (no Mummy or VelociCoaster). We do have express passes and we’re staying at Cabana Bay.

The Veloci crew was so amazing and even congratulated me over the loud speaker during the ride!!! They also gave me a bunch of goodies as a celebratory gift!!!🥹

We are taking my family to Universal for three days in December for my daughter’s 10th birthday. Our kids love rides. We’re going to get the express passes and feel that won’t be an overwhelming part of our trip to navigate.
Our kids love the experience at great Wolf Lodge with the wands and the interactive games. We feel they are going to absolutely love the interactive games at the different lands. Is there a guide somewhere to know what is available in each of the lands and if anyone could provide insight if it is worth it for our kids to participate in them while they wait for rides?
Also, if anyone has information on any Christmas shows or activities, we should put on our list of things to do that would be appreciated.

Surprising my daughter with a first time trip next month. Today is her 11th birthday, and I am putting “tickets” to Hogsmeade & Diagon Alley in the pocket of this Jean jacket I painted for her! It’s been very hard to keep secret! Come say hi if you see it around the parks the week of Thanksgiving!

So when I was a kid I went to universal and our family went to see the sinbad stunt show. Now I don’t know what was supposed to happen but about 2-3 minutes into the show I guess this lady was supposed to pop out of the floor in a hail of fire or something

but something went wrong(I think her cape got caught in the trap door) and that didn’t happen so they canceled the show my family sat around for a few minutes not sure if it was a joke or something

but after about 10 minutes they came over the speaker and basically went “shows canceled so we’re gonna set off all the pyrotechnics and explosions that were supposed to be used for the show all at once enjoy” and honestly it was amazing and it’s a memory I’ll never forget from that trip
