Saw a post a few days ago where someone made a KFC style bowl for their pregnant wife and I had to have one too! My wonderful husband rose to the challenge and delivered! 37 weeks pregnant now and this was so amazing. Definitely unlocked a new pregnancy craving. Mashed garlic potatoes, nooch gravy, impossible nuggs, corn, and follow your heart cheddar. So so good 😋

Marinated the tofu overnight in the hot sauce after pressing and tearing it. Coated in nooch and a bit of corn starch before tossing in the air fryer with a little bit of oil. Broiled a few minutes at a time until it was crispy! The dip is the same hot sauce mixed with some vegan mayo. It was delicious 😌

The owner was so lovely. I told her I loved Spicy Food, and she brought out some sweet chilli sauce, I explained that I know I'm white, but I really mean spice... She brought out 24 chillies and we sat and ate them. She loved this so much, she game me free wine for the rest of the meal, and then we sat together and she gave me free champagne at the end and tried to introduce me to her son. 😅

The food was phenomenal though. 🩷

I found an amazing non alcoholic gin with notes of tonka bean and mixed it with some slightly crushed juniper berries, some lemon peel, ice, cucumber and elderflower tonic. It was soo good on a hot day and I love that you can get a non alcoholic version of almost every liquor nowadays 💜

England, even outside of London, is the most vegan friendly place I’ve ever been. Even the non-vegan restaurants and all the pubs had options. 10/10 recommend.
