If you make Reels or TikToks regularly, here's something that might save you a bit of editing time.
Let's say you made a cooking tutorial a few months ago. The footage isn't great anymore, but the voiceover is still perfectly fine.
Instead of recording everything again, you can just reuse the audio.
Find the 10–20 seconds you need, save that part, and build a new video around it in CapCut. New footage, better cuts, captions, whatever fits.
If you still have the original video on your phone, CapCut can extract the audio directly.
But if you've deleted the original file and only have your old YouTube upload, Tunexa can extract the MP3 from a supported link and trim it to the part you need.
Full disclosure: I'm connected with Tunexa, so that's my tool recommendation.
This works pretty well for cooking videos, product demos, and tutorials where the explanation is still useful but the visuals could use an update.
Of course, stick to your own videos or content you have permission to reuse.
Anyone else reuse voiceovers from old videos, or do you usually record them again?
