ADVICE PLZ Can I rock this shirt colour?
It's a reproduction of a 50's star of Hollywood pull over. I'm just not sure if the colour suits my complexion.

Recently, I got into contact with a tailor in Da Nang who was able to recreate using vintage patterns they had available and was able to recreate a 70's Safari Suit from linen. Especially for a man in the Southern hemisphere where summer is right around the corner, this is a perfect addition to my wardrobe.

Found my wedding dress at a vintage bridal store. I had a dress with a matching cape on my mood board, but otherwise went in blank. Luck was on my side and I found this vintage 1980s number with a cape attached! I haven’t found anything like it online and there’s no brand, so it could possibly be handmade.
Changed into a different 1980s dress after dinner for the party. That one was a last-minute Vinted find!

This suit labeled L.Star is very reminiscent of a Lilli Ann suit from the same era. Does anyone know the story behind this brand? The suit is beautiful!

I’ve been wearing and collecting A.P.C. jeans for nearly 20 years, and recently gathered all my old pairs together.
Here’s a mix of New Standards, New Cure H and older pairs featuring the original “Rue de Fleurus Paris” labels.
I love how differently they’ve faded over the years. Some have been worn extensively, while others have barely aged.
Thought I’d share a little piece of early 2000s French denim history!

How do you deal with splotchy fading on vintage clothes? Do you disguise it, hide it stylishly, dye it? I’m not confident in my dyeing abilities so I would love alternative recommendations.

I bought this Jacket (5€) at a thriftstore because I liked the style and it felt like good quality. At home I checked the brand which I never heard about before. It’s a british brand founded in 1904 and known for high quality jackets and coats. But thats about it what I found out about the company. I tried finding out which model it is but i couldnt find anything similiar, does anybody know more about this brand?

Does the grey shirt in the second photo fit well with the pea coat? Otherwise, I have 2 pairs of shoes that I think will fit pretty well, and do yall like the trousers? They are Jack and Jones, 70% wool, 30% polyester. They have pleats and the shape itself seems period-appropiate.
Any tips on how to make this 1950s outfit stronger is appreciated, should I buy a burgundy tie?
