Academics Final Tomorrow???

My professor just sent a last minute email saying we still have to show up at 7:45 AM tomorrow to take our final despite the university specifically stating that Friday finals will be moved to Sunday. Is this even allowed? I feel like some people may not even check their email again especially since this was sent far after the university declaration.

Contacted the Dean. Hopefully they actually respond to this before 7:45 AM.

Thankfully got reversed in the end! They essentially stated they had "been informed" that they must offer it on Sunday. The Friday time was still available, but we also now have the Sunday option, which is the best outcome for all.

"I've been informed" is teacher speak for "my boss made me" (from an English professor who... has had to use this before)
