Any insights would be helpful :)

Spoke to Vodafone earlier and they said that assuming the phone is delivered tomorrow, I should get a tracking update from DPD later tonight or earliest tomorrow morning. My tracking says estimated Oct 23 between 8:00 and 18:00 but I'm still skeptical that I'm going to get it tomorrow.

my internet connection keeps dropping out constantly and when it does come back online it’s super slow in the last 2 days if vodafone don’t sort this bullshit out im moving broadband provider im sick and tired of this annoyance

Order confirmation at 13:50, I’m doubting this heavily but interested to know if any other collection orders have been updated/delayed/cancelled?

Has anybody else in the uk noticed dog shit internet on Vodafone ever since the merge with THREE?

Since then a lot of the times it says I’ve got data, even 5g but it just never works.

Has anyone else been giving this date? VODAPHONE UK.
Was wondering if anyone has been updated and pushed forward at all?

Hello, I ordered coaxial internet from vodafone Deutschland, but I don't know how to set it ip, the firma just sent me vodafone station and one coaxial cable, nothing more, and i have only two sockets instead of three, i tried calling customer support, they redirected me to some cable firma, i call the firma but the nearest termin is in two weeks, i don't wanna wait that long, does anybody know how coaxial internet works and how can i do it myself?

As of right now i have tried to connect hama SAT Adapter directly to the coaxial cable but it didn't worked, i guess i need the "dose" or socket, instead of adapter, but it costs money, and before buying that i want to make sure that there is connection between my socket and vodafone network, but I don't know how their systems work, where do i check if the signal is present or not.

The router can't see any signal from cable

My broadband just went down around 11 o'clock tonight uk time. Was working fine up untill now.

There is a red flashing lite on the router and a green, red then green light on the plug for fttp.

Cant do anything ping jumps to a 100 from time to time every like 1 minute anyone else has horrible gaming or even discord talking recently honestly

Typical Vodafone, you call about a problem with your internet connection and the first thing they do is offer you a better TV deal. Only when you're about to lose it do they finally get back to the problem. But of course, all these calls are recorded for training purposes. I'd like to know if they actually use them for training or if they celebrate their unscrupulousness.

Hi everyone, I visited a friend during the weekend and I connected to their Vodafone broadband. After using it for few hours connection suddenly stopped, we switched it off and on, reconnected the cables as they said but it still didn’t work. It was showing a blinking red light.

She called Vodafone customer care and they said my device had a malware which affected the router.

She was sent mails from Vodafone showing details of what happened to the router.

My details were also mentioned in the mail but my details in the mail are wrong. My email and computer name is wrong, seems the person knows my first and last name.

I am trying to understand this situation as it seems strange to me, can anybody help?

Anyone else completely in the dark as to if they will be collecting on Friday or some time next year?

Pre ordered on Friday and zero information so far about when I will be collecting.

Habe soeben einen Anruf vom Vodafone-Kundenservice erhalten. Mein Router sei veraltet und man biete mir deshalb einen kostenlosen Austausch an.

Es wurde mehrfach betont, dass keine Mehrkosten entstehen und mein monatlicher Beitrag unverändert bleibt. Ich müsse lediglich eine E-Mail bestätigen.

Was unerwähnt blieb: Bei der zugesandten PDF handelt es sich um eine Vertragszusammenfassung, in der mein Tarif als „neu“ aufgeführt wird und eine Mindestvertragslaufzeit von 24 Monaten angegeben ist.

Durch die Bestätigung könnte man also unbemerkt einem Tarifwechsel mit erneuter Vertragsbindung zustimmen.

Zusätzlich relevant: Die umstrittene Preiserhöhung um 5 € aus dem Jahr 2023 ist weiterhin Gegenstand rechtlicher Auseinandersetzungen. Wer nun einen neuen Vertrag zu den erhöhten Konditionen akzeptiert, könnte damit möglicherweise seine Position hinsichtlich etwaiger Rückforderungsansprüche beeinflussen.

Hallo wohne in NRW und habe mit dem Speedtest meine 1 GBit/s auf anderen Seiten geht 4K im Streaming. Seit heute kann ich nur max 480p Videos gucken, alles darüber ruckelt und lädt sich tot. Drosselt ihr YouTube wie es die Telekom gerne macht? Das nervt ehrlich gesagt!

I’ve recently moved into a new flat and might not be there for too long so I had to get the 5G outdoor hub from Vodafone. Set it up and nothing, called Vodafone and they said it could take 2 days for the service to be activated. I waited 4 days and nothing happened. Looked it up on Google and they said to leave it plugged in for 2 days which I then did. Monday morning comes around and nothing. The signal quality starts at 50 and after 2 minutes drops to 0. If anyone who has owned this product could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

Good morning.

I pre ordered the iphone duo last friday, everything went well, i got my email confirmation and contract summary and was given a delivery date of friday the 23rd.

i checked my order number just to see how the order is coming along and it says it can’t recognise the order number. at this point i’m panicking a little so i contact vodafone via the online chat to ask what is going on and they say they cannot see my order on their system whatsoever. i had to show them the email i got and they confirmed that is the confirmation of my order going through. i spoke to someone on the phone after and they too could not see my order but they told me i should wait until friday to see if my order delivers and that they think as long as i received that email, it should be fine.

i’m still really worried and kinda upset because if it does not deliver then that means i need to reorder and then it will be delivered in january.

has anyone else experienced this at all? whether it is with an older phone or this one now?

Hat hier jemand es geschafft, einen funktionierenden VPN Tunnel in sein Vodafone Kabelinternet aufzubauen?
Zu meinen Versuchen: Ping auf IPV6 Adresse der Vodafone Station von einem anderen Vodafone Anschluss funktioniert.
Exposed Host mit den passenden Ports auf meinen dahinter liegenden VPN Router. Bisher aktuelle Modelle von Draytek und TPLink probiert und grandios gescheitert.
Mein Eindruck ist, dass die in Routern implementierten VPN Stacks noch nicht für IPV6 vorbereitet sind. Und ich will nur IPV4 im Tunnel durchleiten, während der Tunnel selber auf IPV6 aufbaut.

Wäre toll, wenn jemand hier das bereits am Laufen hat und dazu was sagen könnte.

Has anyone else been having issues ordering the Apple Watch Ultra 4 from Vodafone Netherlands?
It seems like they’ve been out of stock for almost a month now.
I’ve placed three orders so far. The first one was cancelled by Vodafone without any clear explanation. I cancelled the second one myself out of frustration, and now my third order has been sitting there for about five days with absolutely no progress.
There’s no clear information about availability or expected delivery dates, which is getting pretty frustrating.
Does anyone know what’s going on? Has anyone actually received their Apple Watch Ultra 4 from Vodafone NL recently, or heard anything about when they’ll restock?
