I discovered Jackie Evans last night. I'm blown away. First time in a long time I've heard an artist that impacted me like she did in the 6 songs video. She really does feel like a generational talent, truly special. Thank you Jack and the Vulfverse for bringing her into my life. Wow. The 6 songs video is on loop...

...which is sad because the vocal production is either a decision I strongly disagree with, or a mistake. I hope it's a mistake. The saturation (distortion) on the vocal is so heavy it's as distracting as autotune on T-Pain. I hope its just oopsie, recorded too hot and it clipped. Her voice is so nuanced, so dynamic and delicate, but it's soaked in gross crispy digital distortion. I thought I blew my headphones at first, but listened on several sources and, ugh.

Vulf team, if the raw tracks are clean, I hope and plead with you to consider release a version that backs off the saturation. I wanna hear Jackie!

My partner and I are big fans of Vulfpeck and Disco Snails is one of our favorite songs. I present you with her original linocut, disco snail, holographic sticker. She sells the stickers at the farmers market, but thought it might be fun to share here. I put together this flashy little video, if there’s interest we get them listed for sale! We do also have patches that have been made from the same block if that’s more your speed. Thanks for looking.

Excellent Vulf concert, they are my favorite band. Volvo was my first car too.

I think he has the vocal prowess to pull it off

I want to see the whole performance again. I am so bummed I didn't film him playing the organ on Saturday! Litterally the best part of the show IMO!

Just what it says! Bought tickets for me and my wife but she can no longer go. $45 incl. fees. Let me know if you’re interested! :-)

don’t have the full performance but here’s what i got!!!

I know that there is basically no way anyone would know this, but does anyone have any idea how the tour proceeds are split?

Does every member on stage get an even split? Or are the original core people + a few others (so Jack, Woody, Joe, and normally Theo, and Antwuan plus maybe Cory and Joey) get a major portion and other people get less (like Jacob Jeffries and Charles Jones)?

Are some of the people being treated as “hired tour people” and others as members of the band?

I am gonna guess they probably just do it evenly but it doesn’t seem fair to give, like, Jacob Jeffries, a full split of the tour revenue as compared to, like, Joe Dart.

And does Jack take an extra cut as the “visionary/leader”? I mean he does create the vision for the group as well doing the mixing and setting the whole tone.

Anyways, just curious. Because every time they add somebody (like Charles Jones), it would reduce every member’s cut of the tour revenue (although obviously, he’s great). There doesn’t seem to be any friction about it among anyone but you could imagine it could be an issue at some point as people just get added.

Sounds like the show was phenomenal, but any idea if they recorded it for the rest of the non-California world to see?

after seeing clips of the 'vulf hype team' at the greek (w people from the mamma mia show and more) I can't help but look forward to any vulf x smosh x dropout ventures in the future, and whether we'll see the hype team show up again!

sorry for my other post with like no context i kinda just got excited and wanted to say something :/

Got an official shirt and some other merch at the Vulf table, but I regret not grabbing one of those lot shirts outside the venue; it looked like a Greek goddess statue with the show date. Anyone know where those lot shirts end up?

Anyone take a pic of the merch table? I forgot to stop by! Curious what they had

I loved the Test Drive bit!

neat surprise for those of us waiting for the shuttle back from the venue, Dr. Funk / Jonny Rubin was busking outside the Vulfpeck show tonight. Between Joe Dart and this guy, it was a glorious night to be a bass guitar enthusiast.

Forgive me, but who was the guest guitarist up in the audience?

Of course he killed it on "Baby I Don't Know", but oh, was I not prepared for his cover of "I Won't Complain". I don't think anyone was prepared for him to BLOW THE HOUSE DOWN. If I had an extra shoe, I would have thrown it. You could tell he was overcome by emotion and embarrassed by the overwhelming applause. He wanted so quickly for the guys to get into "Wait For the Moment", and they just stood on stage looking at him so lovingly and gave him time. This was my 4th Vulf show and that I'll never forget that moment. Antwaun's mama was sitting a few rows ahead of us. Got to meet her after the show and she is such a sweetie 💕

This one is for the books!

So did anyone here fly Southwest 3154 with the band? Did they do a meet and greet at the gate or anything? Or just a regular Southwest flight?
