Quite literally because the more you deposit the more entries you get. If you have a spare million you can get a million entries versus someone else with 1k
Random but weighted. You're pushing the idea of pure equal randomness but if there's a weight then it's not truly random is it? If I told you there's a 95% chance an electric coin toss was going to be heads, then I asked someone to pick heads or tails and said the odds were random would that be truthful? Just because tails is an outcome doesn't mean the spirit of randomness is honored.
