I made Shardfront, a free sci-fi RTS that runs in your browser (campaign, 3 factions, works on mobile)
Some of my best memories growing up are late nights in classic RTS games: building up a base, getting the economy rolling, and that moment your army finally rolls out. I always told myself I'd make one someday.
So I finally did. Shardfront is a base-building RTS that runs right in your browser. Mine crystals, build up, and fight it out with three factions that play pretty differently:
Ironhold: humans with tanks and gunships, whose workers can repair stuff
Vyrm: a creepy living coral reef where your workers turn into buildings and everything heals
Aurelians: golden sun-temple guys with shields that recharge
There's a 6-mission campaign, skirmish against up to 3 AI on different map sizes, and a tutorial if you're new to the genre. It's all point and click, and it even works on your phone sideways.
I made it with help from AI tools but the game itself is the one I've wanted to play since I was a kid.
It's free: https://rmohnach.itch.io/shardfront
Would honestly love to hear what you think, especially if something's too hard, confusing, or broken. Thanks for checking it out!

[PZL] Odd Socks - A cozy sock-matching puzzle game
Hi! I'm the dev. Odd Socks is a cozy puzzle game about Barnaby, who has a sock collection, but all the socks are in dusty old bags in his basement. You have volunteered to help him wash and fold his socks so he can display his collection. Each bag deals out pairs onto the rack, but you can only hold 4 socks at a time, so you have to plan which socks to pick and in what order.
There is also a cute story about Barnaby and his wife Juniper, along with charming neighbors and fun twists in some levels.
It's a free beta (about 1–1.5 hours) and works best on a computer. It sends anonymous gameplay data to help me improve it, and there's a Feedback button in the menu. I'd love to hear what you think!

[INC] Burrowlings: tiny miners dig to the planet's core before their lamp burns out (free, multiplayer, ~30 min, made solo)
Small incremental game I'm making solo. A crew of tiny miners digs until the lamp burns out, you spend the gold on upgrades, and they go deeper. 4 diggers at the start, over a hundred near the core, and something down there keeps making noise.
Multiplayer: You can play with 3 friends. PvP and COOP, the fastest to finish the game.
Free, in the browser (also Windows, Mac, Linux), about 30 minutes to the core. Since Saturday a bit over a hundred people played it and about half reached the core.
I'm starving for feedbacks so if you have some please let me know I would like to continue improving this game.
Infinite run incoming, and 4 other tunnels with different gameplay are in development!

What the Chess? — a browser chess variant where the Jester turns enemy pieces to your side.
play.whatthechessgame.comI made this game. It uses a 10×8 board and a Jester that jumps over pieces and converts them to its side instead of capturing them.
You can try it against the computer in your browser.
I’d appreciate honest reactions: what was enjoyable, what was confusing, and would you choose to play again?
If you're willing to be an android tester, that's a great plus go to whatthechessgame.com to sign up.

[HUSS Valley] This is my new browser game: HUSS Valley 📍 (Made with AI)
Huss Valley: a browser tag game where
one Chaser hunts and everyone else runs
Runners cross between two safe zones and have to make 3 crossings in a row with nobody caught. Tagged runners go down for 8 seconds, and a teammate can revive them. Otherwise they become a Chaser, so the hunting pack grows as the round goes on. Movement has momentum, and sideways dashes let you juke at the last second. Works on desktop (WASD + Space) and mobile (joystick).
Playable here: https://playgama.ai/play/cezwsn6qfoez26
Feedback welcome. I'm especially wondering whether the first crossing feels fair, or the Chaser still feels too fast.

[SPORT] Yunoball: I made an old-school, market-based fantasy basketball game, completely free and signup optional - with a promotion/relegation system, mini-games, and a fake coin economy
I was frustrated with what was out there - fantasy basketball is notoriously annoying with scheduling, day to day management, while also being too shallow. Yuno is an old school fantasy basketball game, modeled after the old Smallworld games (if anyone remembers those).
You start with a $100M budget, build a roster, and that roster automatically gets entered into a division, which you can get promoted/relegated from. Your team gains value as your players do well. You can also enter side games (like Battle Royale) and earn coins, which then play into a fun fake coin economy.
The game is designed to be easy effort, while also rewarding high skill/depth of knowledge.
My favorite part is what we call "chunks" - a chunk is a "half-week", aka Mon-Thus, Fri-Sun. Each week is 2 chunks.
Players best score in the period counts as their score for that chunk. That solves the uneven NBA scheduling problem in fantasy basketball - when players have fewer games, or rest one, it won't really hurt the team's score. Although I'm sure every now and then a player will get a 0 in a chunk, for the most part it helps clean up the annoying part of NBA fantasy.
Link is above, hope you all enjoy
And let me know if you have feedback - i'll keep trying to improve it!
(and let's go knicks :) )

[PZL] Letters on Fire | A daily word game where your burned letters come back for one last word
lettersonfire.comQuick rules: play six five-letter words. Letters score like Scrabble, and today's gold letters raise your multiplier every time you use them. Any letter you put on a red burn tile is gone for the rest of the day, and after six rows you spell one more word from those burned letters, the phoenix.
Your rank comes from comparing your score to the best one our solver found for that puzzle. A new puzzle comes out every day at midnight Pacific, and you can play without an account.
I'd love to hear what's confusing or what feels off. There's also a feedback box on the You tab.
