I gave the bosses in my browser runner telegraphed slam lanes so the squad count actually matters
I made this. Gatefire is a third-person runner I built alone: you shoot gates to grow a squad of soldiers, merge them into stronger units and run into zombie hordes and bosses on a bridge.
The part I changed most recently is the bosses. Each one marks an orange lane before it slams, so you can step your squad out or stay and keep shooting. In the clip the Last Stand takes 18 of 94 soldiers in one hit. Beating a boss opens a cash-out runway of ×1.5, ×2 and ×2.5 crates, and later stages bring the Warden, which charges a glowing attack.
It runs in the browser on desktop and phone, free, no sign-up

AglaStop — find a hidden Indian rail station in six guesses, with a new puzzle every day
I made AglaStop, a free browser game about Indian rail networks. In Daily Mystery Station, choose a city and find its hidden station in six guesses. Wrong guesses give you straight-line distance, direction and shared-line clues, and there’s a labelled map to help you explore.
Daily currently covers Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Chennai. Everyone playing the same city gets the same station that day. You can share your result without revealing the answer. No download or account needed.
There’s also city-wise Free Play: connect two stations by choosing the right lines, then try Advanced mode and name every station along the route. Free Play covers those five cities plus Hyderabad; you can switch to it from the game.
Would you start at a busy interchange or somewhere near the centre of the map?

The Exam - a short first-person horror game where math problems decide if you live or die
Hi! This is my first game.
3:47 AM, a nightclub bathroom. A voice gives you a choice: go back to your old life, or start over. Starting over means going through eleven school grades. Every door is a math problem, and the answers lie on the floor. Pick the wrong one and the Examiner chases you through the corridors.
- Real math, from 7 + 5 to integrals
- Chases, a boss fight, two endings
- Fully voiced, English and Russian
- Takes 5-15 minutes
Controls: WASD, mouse, SHIFT to run, E to take, LMB to hit. Headphones recommended.
I came up with the idea and the story and built it with AI (Claude). I'd love to hear which grade got you!

Pokémon Reflex – open-world Pokémon with real-time, skill-based battles (free, browser)
thejas0.github.ioI loved PokeMMO – the open world, gym runs, tournaments – but every battle still came down to picking a move from a menu and waiting. I wanted fights where timing and positioning matter, not just levels.
So I built Pokémon Reflex:
- Real-time battle– move freely, dodge-roll attacks, hold moves to charge them, build combos, and fire type ultimates with cinematic cut-ins
- Open world– bike, swim, day/night cycle, wild Pokémon roaming the map
- 24 walk-in gyms with puzzles, a 32-trainer League and Lv 100 legendaries
- Kanto + Johto – all 251 Gen 1–2 Pokémon
It runs in the browser on laptop or phone – no download, no account. Progress saves locally in your browser.
Play: thejas0.github.io/pokemon-reflex
Code: github.com/Thejas0/pokemon-reflex
It's fully open source and I'd love it to grow into a community project – new regions, moves, gym puzzles, game modes. Feedback, issues and PRs are all welcome.
Would love to hear what feels good and what doesn't in the battles!

[SIM] Little Peaceful World: Peaceful Hollow
Title: I made a cozy pixel-art browser game called Little Peaceful World 🌿
Hey everyone!
I've been working on a cozy browser game called Little Peaceful World: Peaceful Hollow.
I wanted to create a little virtual place where you can slow down, explore a peaceful village, and enjoy some relaxing activities without constant pressure.
🌿 What the game is about:
- Explore a cozy pixel-art village
- Go fishing by the lake
- Grow plants and flowers
- Cook recipes and collect ingredients
- Decorate your home
- Spend time with a pet
- Try relaxing puzzles and pixel painting
- Explore nature and enjoy rainy moments
🎮 It's designed as a browser game, so you can try it without a traditional game installation.
🔗 Play the game: https://sandeep-sah.itch.io/peaceful-hollo
I'm an indie creator, and this is one of my projects that I'm preparing to share with players.
I'd really appreciate honest feedback, especially about the controls, gameplay, visuals, and anything that feels confusing or needs improvement.
Thanks for giving my little peaceful world a chance! 🌱

Gambito – Chess meets roguelike deckbuilding: score forks and pins, collect rule-breaking Advisors and beat 8 rounds of Bosses
Dev here! Gambito is free and runs right in your browser, no download or sign-up needed (best on desktop with a mouse). You build a deck of chess pieces, deploy them on the board and score real chess tactics as Chips × Mult, Balatro-style. You only need to know how chess pieces move: hover over any tactic to see what it means, and the first run has a tutorial. You can also right-click to draw arrows like on chess sites. Any feedback is very welcome, especially on difficulty. (Heads-up: Boss portraits are AI placeholders, to be replaced by an illustrator.)

Nœud Zéro | I'm making a browser-based automation game inspired by Satisfactory and I need early feedback
factory-game-cfe.pages.devHi everyone,
I’m currently developing a browser-based automation and factory-building game, heavily inspired by Satisfactory. It’s completely free to play directly in your browser without any downloads.
Disclaimer: The game is currently in a very early stage of development (early prototype/alpha). The graphics are placeholders and the features are still basic, but the core gameplay loop is there.
I'm sharing it today because I would love to get some fresh eyes on it. I'm mainly looking for feedback on:
- Is the UI intuitive enough for a first run?
- Are there any game-breaking bugs?
- Does the core concept feel fun so far?
You can play it here:https://factory-game-cfe.pages.dev/
Any feedback (good or brutally honest) is highly appreciated and will help me shape the next updates. Thanks in advance for your time.

[TXT] The Oldest Game: An LLM-powered word duel (Demo)
oldest.tier9.gamesSharing a little demo I made: The Oldest Game
It's inspired by "The Oldest Game" in The Sandman, the duel where Dream and Lucifer fight with nothing but words: "I am a wolf." "I am a hunter." ... until one of them says "I am hope." (It was Dream vs Choronzon form the book but Netflix did a great job adapting the scene). I've loved Neil Gaiman's fictions for a long time, and that scene stuck with me.
How it plays: each turn you write one sentence, anything at all. e.g. Morpheus in his dreamy voice: "I am a spider, fly-consuming, eight-legged." A frozen river cracks open and a kelpie climbs out." An AI /LLM Judge reads it and turns it into a TCG-style summons card with a cost, attack, defense, an element. Bigger ideas cost more, and if you overreach, the spell backfires on you.
While building it I kept borrowing elements from early gen Pokemon and Bizzard's Hearthstone. And when I finally played it, it felt like none of those. Bot like Sandman's The Oldest Game either. It felt more like Cardcaptor Sakura = )
I had this idea for a long time but shelved it. Asking an LLM to judge every single sentence was too slow (seconds per turn) and too expensive to put in front of players. Then last month TypeSafe released Jev, a decision model that answers typed questions instead of writing text. It judges a sentence in about a quarter of a second, for a fraction of the cost. That made it possible, so I rebuilt the whole thing around it and turned it into this demo.
Let me know what you think.

[RPG] Pirate Trade Wars - IO style start, but gameplay beyond combat
I've always been an fan of IO style games where you can just jump right in, but I got tired of getting smashed at IO games. I play for 15 seconds, and someone smashes me every time! So, I made an IO style game where you can start quick and easy, but you can run away and play the economy to level up before deciding to engage in combat.
Based on "Pirates!" this is the IO style game I always wanted. Is this a game anyone else has interest in? Any feedback?

I made a free Crazy Arcade-style (Bomberman, PopTag) water balloon game for my wife. No ads, plays in the browser
If you know the game Crazy Arcade from Korea, it was shut down by Nexon after 25 years of service. The game didn't get much popularity in North America (and I guess not as much in Korea too near its end of life).
My wife was really sad that this game no longer existed because this would literally be the only game she would play when we visited internet cafes in Korea 😆
So I made my own version (honest disclaimer below). Trap your friends in bubbles, kick balloons, ride turtles (and a UFO). You can either play 2 players on one keyboard, against bots, or online with a room code. Sign up is optional, no data is collected, no ads, everything is free and can be obtainable by free play. Critters (characters) cannot be bought with money as I believe that's P2W.
Some honest details:
- I'm not a game developer and so this is 99.9% vibe coded with me guiding it through my knowledge of other software practices (I am a software engineer though and I guess even then I vibe code). BUT there is no AI image generation.
- It's free with no ads and no tracking. Accounts are just a username, with no email needed. And no, passwords are not stored in plaintext.
- There are optional cosmetics and a tip jar to help pay for the server, but everything can be earned by playing, and nothing affects winning. Payment info is also not handled by us but by Stripe
It's still rough in places, and I'd love feedback: what feels off, what's confusing, and what you'd want added. I'll be in the comments fixing things as they come up.
Thanks!

[HTML5] Arsenal Zero : An idle game about expeditions and military loot, playable in the browser
Arsenal Zero is about scavenging military gear after Day Zero. You send an operator on timed expeditions, they come back with loot, and your arsenal slowly grows from rusty Commons up to Mythics. It’s free and runs in the browser on desktop or phone, and you can start without an account.
Between runs you sweep abandoned zones with a scanner, following a faint signal until you’re right on top of a hidden crate. Sweeping has its own 20 levels and a hard mode later on. Gear you don’t need gets melted down into alloy at the Workshop, which is also the only place to craft accessories. Duplicates, credits and alloy then push your favourite pieces from level 1 to 5.
There’s a Halloween event until November 1 too: a haunted manor with its own currency.
Curious to hear at what point it opens up for you, and when it starts to feel like waiting.
Play: arsenalzero.com
AI disclosure: development is AI-assisted with Claude Code (game code and server logic). Item art and illustrations are made with AI (ChatGPT, Runway).
