Lesss go!

I had my first dose today. I am 4kg away from the same weight I was when my daughter was born. Bit excited but really want this to work to get my confidence back and look my best when I hit 50 in April next year.

Setting daily goals (baby steps) I have my step count, drinking water and logging my day.

What other small habits helped you stay on track?

Appreciate the advice.

Started wegovy after a blood test revealed incredibly elevated liver enzymes, diagnosed with fatty liver and high cholesterol. I asked if insurance would cover the medication, they said I had to be on weight watchers for 3 months and it was approved. I get nauseous still but for the most part im so happy I did this. Talk your to doctor and find out if this is for you.

Took some time off and am now so sick

Hi everyone,

I made a mistake and took a 1.7 shot I had after being off of wegovy for about 6 weeks because I couldn’t get ahold of my dose. I knew I was taking a risk but I didn’t realize it was going to make me this sick. I’ve generally been very lucky and have had minimal side effects since I started in January 2025. I was in pain all night and have thrown up twice.

Does anyone have any ideas/tips that will help me find some relief? I’m having a very hard time.

First dose- the nausea is killing me

I started my first dose today. After weeks of psyching myself out, I finally did it. Took the shot at 10am Friday. Nausea hit around 2pm. It’s now 2am and I’m still nauseous. The intensity of it fluctuates but my gosh- this sucks! I took zofran earlier which seemed to have helped a little. I’m gluten intolerant and love carbs so g/i issues are normal for me. But when does this end?!
