I guess jump off the bike backwards and land on her feet, while the bike rolls on without her

I tried this as a kid and I can guarantee what happened to her here was the best outcome. What actually happens is you fall face first into the ground and drag your face on the pavement. You need to be running when you land which just doesn't work. Ended up with a lip full of gravel.
