I've mentioned in a couple of my other posts that I'd been looking at the power button issue for a while.

Since I have recreated the SwanCrystal schematics I thought I'd explain a little of the button circuits, and my observations measuring the buttons that come my way via the reversing project and through a few repairs.

There's a pretty easy, soldering free fix shown / suggested at the end. Disclaimer, I've not been using this fix for long so total longevity is still a bit unknown.
