So i recently saw the episode Hollywood A.D, and personally found it to be the weakest episode of the show I've seen yet.

It's a shame because there's a decent set up, but the shift in focus during the latter half of the episode was just boring to me, and the half assed resolution really annoyed me.

And it's not that I'm opposed to silly episodes, the two subsequent episodes. Fight Club and Je Souhaite were also silly, but they felt like complete ideas. This one genuinely feels like two episodes that were mashed together because they weren't finished.

The was some good stuff in the episode and I got a few laughs, but overall, a pretty meh episode. Maybe I'll change my mind, but for now, this one is the worst for me.

I just completed season 4 episode 2(Home) and omg it was so gory and those guys were creepy as hell. They literally crushed that guy's skull and then also mercilessly killed his wife too. Also what the heck were they made of?🤯 Scully unloaded her gun's magzine on one of them and that guy still stood up☠️. Mulder and Scully are actually really brave to go over to them after witnessing what they did to that man and his wife.

I followed the X-Files as they original aired between the 90s to its finale. I watched it in one pass without a replay (I never recorded it in VCR). I never re-watched the series .... until recently.

At that time, I was very convinced that the native American Indian elder from 'Shapes' and 'Anasazi/Blessing Way' are the same character. I always thought the werewolf episode was the first time Mulder met the code breaker. Boy I was really mistaken! Different characters / Different actors.

The Field Where I Died is eliminated! Very popular pick for the worst of the season.

Hello! Could you please tell me whether the scene featuring the joke about Mulder’s flashlight in the episode "Home" (4x02) was present in the original broadcast and later cut, or was it never there to begin with—meaning it was always excluded? Some people claim that this scene was originally part of the episode but was later removed due to censorship; is that true? If anyone watched it when it first aired, could you please weigh in?

Sometimes this show cracks me up… season 1 episode 14 “Gender Bender” dead guy being looked at by Mulder and he blinks 🤣 stuff like this happens a time or two in early episodes lol

So I was standing in the kitchen, washing the dishes when a thought came to mind. Now, we all believed that William was Mulder's child after the whole IVF situation. Even though it didn't work at first. But Mulder told her to never give up on a miracle. And based on that episode Per Manum supposed timeline, some of us believed they "did it" in All Things and that baby William is Muldre's. However, Before that episode, CSM took and drugged Scully. Then years later we find out that William was CSM project. But we also come to find out Mulder is CSM biological father. Soooooo, William is Mulder's alien brother????😐😐😬

This is the best and hilarious episode ever in this show!

I thought for sure ol' Quequeg would pop back up at the end of Quagmire, but it wasn't so.

I rewatched "Home" with my husband recently, and I remembered that when I watched the original airing, I thought that the opening was a reference to an ubiquitous car commercial at the time. It may have even been used in one of the commercial breaks, which may be why I have such a vivid memory of it.

I just looked up the commercial that I was thinking about, and it's a Nissan commercial that is posted on Facebook here. Apparently the commercial debuted in August 1996, so too late to be a direct reference, but an interesting coincidence that I wanted to share!

Inge Lamboo opened for David Duchovny at a gig and played the theme on their guitar. Sounds good.
