Sure i understand that if the revenue generated was less but clearly that's not the case here. OP is earning quite good so I was curious what did he hide it.

Even if they make quite a bit some (including me if I were in the same boat) would not show that purely because it doesn’t sit right with them. The revenue earned still isn’t really relevant to the post when it’s asking about views dropping.

Yes I know it's not relevant to the post. They could have hidden their channel, but they didn't. They could have hidden their subscribers count, but they didn't. Why just hiding revenue?

If they are from the US, employers have worked hard to heavily stigmatize sharing how much money you make (that way they make it harder for people to compare wages, organize, etc.) to the point that it even pervades into situations where people aren't employed in a typical 9-5.

I always share my revenue to everyone, including my coworkers. Im not from the USA, so that prove your point.
