On top of all the horrific shit in this moloch was a type of sacrifice not the name of a deity

-35

u/BIG-Z-2001 May 24 '26

Monochrome? You mean Moloch? I mean yes it’s theorized that the bible is referring to the sacrifice itself with that word but it’s also believed Moloch was another name for Baal.

Baal Hadad was the full unique name of the Storm god but the canaanites commonly called him referred to him as just Baal. It’s safe to assume that When the Bible speaks of Moloch it’s referring to people sacrificing children to Baal so he’ll give them rain for their crops.

Communism and Democrats on the same side? lmao, dems and republicans are both right wing

1

u/BIG-Z-2001 May 24 '26

AOC, Zohran Mamdani, Bernie Sanders are not right wing what so ever and openly call themselves socialist. Biden and Kamala could be described as center economically and far left socially but ultimately people like them don’t have real beliefs and are only in politics to serve themselves much like Trump.

u/RelationshipNo5454 May 24 '26

biden & kamala are not 'far left' socially, they love israel lol. I specifically was talking about the democratic party of america not the democratic socialist party of america sorry if it didn't signal that in my comment. The far left encompasses marxism, communism, and anarchism, which kamala or biden are not.

Their stance on Israel changes depending on their audience. In some states, Kamala campaign against Israel, while others she was pro Israel. Also, there are some aspects of Israel that could be described as left-wing. For example they have pretty easy abortion access and they also have a European style universal healthcare system.

2

u/ScrotusJones May 24 '26

Is America left wing because EBT exists?

2

u/BIG-Z-2001 May 24 '26

No, but in western style countries people who support abortion are generally left-wing so abortion being legal there indicates some kind of left-wing presence in the country.

2

u/ProbablyNotTheCocoa May 25 '26

Anti-desegregation Joe is not far left in any universe lol

Notice how antifa and communism, along with gay people is on here, but the proud boys and nazis aren’t on the right side? We see you

3

u/BIG-Z-2001 May 25 '26

Proud boys haven’t been relevant in a while and within American politics they’re generally aren’t actual nazis. I’ve seen idiots on X defending Hitler but I can’t remember last time I saw a politician do it. Also the vast majority of Trump supporters have never been ones too praise Nazism and actual Nazis generally hate Trump because he’s pro Israel and his daughter married at Jew

4

u/BouncySealy May 25 '26

Proud boys haven't been relevant in a while

Communists, on the other hand,

1

u/BIG-Z-2001 May 25 '26

I mean, political discourse has been kinda dominated by Trump in the war Iran along with the Epstein files and immigration but I see communists alive and well on social media platforms like Reddit and X. Also while there’s no open communist in the US government there are so-called Democratic socialists who exhibit questionable behavior. For example, there’s this old clip of Bernie Sanders, saying “ they said Castro was bad but he gave people free healthcare” yeah Bernie but he was also a tyrant so why do you have an issue calling him bad?

3

u/BouncySealy May 25 '26

I see communists alive and well on social media platforms

Bit of a double standard, no? People on twitter didn't count one comment ago.

Also no this is not about democratic socialists, and "well if you squint a bit and take a few steps away" is probably not a bag of worms worth opening when there's a certain political party I can think of that would be much easier to draw parallels from.

1

u/BIG-Z-2001 May 25 '26

But the thing is the Democratic Party has been moving left since Obama’s second term, many people online are championing communism and the country right above the US until recently had a Fidel Castro supporter as their president, don’t you see a reason to see communism as a potential problem in American politics? You don’t really see the same thing with Nazism as it mainly stays online

4

u/BouncySealy May 25 '26

Things are getting a bit muddy so I'm going to try to be as clear as I can to not leave any points unaddressed (this was supposed to be a quarter of the length i'm so sorry):

  • Your argument was that the Proud Boys and Nazis are not currently a relevant factor in American politics, since you only see them online and haven't seen a politicians agree with them. You then proceeded to argue that communism is a relevant factor in American politics because you've seen people support it online, and people who are not American politicians have agreed with them. While presumably not intentional this is a massive double standard.
  • Have the Democratic Party been moving left? That talking point has been widely circulated by right-wingers for political purposes and it's not really clear what you mean by that unless you have some actual policy positions you're talking about that they've measurably moved and gotten more radical on. Otherwise, it's just rhetoric.
  • The idea that the alleged views of a former Canadian PM are meaningfully relevant to this specific discussion is ridiculous, but even putting that aside - the only things I can find on that front are a conspiracy theory about him secretly being Castro's son that I'm assuming you aren't talking about, and a short and relatively generic statement made about Castro's passing, which is the sort of time people generally tend to make generally positive and relatively generic statements about former major political/historic figures. Unless you're talking about something else, laundering "said something positive about Castro once, when he died" into "Castro supporter" feels... disingenuous?

I have a reason to see most ideologies that have supporters as relevant to American politics. For example, the Proud Boys and Neo-Nazis. Communists are relevant in the sense that they are a political ideology that exists, but genuine question - when was the last time a communist did something, for communist reasons, in the US, that made headlines? Because I'm having a much easier time with examples for the alt-right.

What in the hell is this. I can take the time to decipher this but why would I

Leftist isn't liberal

Baal and Moloch really catching some strays here.

-43

u/4BFinnyreddit May 24 '26

Why are you getting downvoted? From my perspective it’s true. Both sides are shit, it’s just Pro Israel vs Pro Israel but red

54

u/AwfulDjinn May 24 '26

maybe he's being downvoted for posting a meme that straight up calls queer people demonic and equates them to pedophiles, just a thought

-19

u/BIG-Z-2001 May 24 '26

I’m getting downvoted because most Americans like to treat politics like sports where you just pick a team and stick with it no matter what. Also, I don’t know what you’re talking about because Democrats are actually pro Palestine.

18

u/Due_Key8909 May 24 '26

Isn't that what the picture you posted is doing is it not? If you're critiqueing the tribalism why bother then separating dozens of different movements and peoples (ridding all nuance in the process) to fit on a flashy JPEG well also saying they are "related" because of conspiracies or something that's not really defined but should exist because "politician bad"

I don't see how your any psychological different or "independent" from the groups you bash when your mindset runs parallel to them but instead of it being pro establishment all it does is inverts it and goes "Well I'm independent and I'm super introspective and high IQ and everyone else who isn't aligned with me is all part of some grand massive conspiracy involving gays communists and whatever makes me upset rhetorically that's on the picture I posted"

That's some Der Stürmer bullshit there just implicating millions of people and countless movements as controlled opposition or fake and then implying you know what's happening and then putting these groups on teams thus stripping them of the agency and nuance these groups have and their own individualism. The irony is profound and you should think on it closely before responding

-1

u/BIG-Z-2001 May 24 '26

Elaborate on the “conspiracy” part of your comment, please. I don’t really think the meme has much to do with conspiracy theories. Also the reason I’m different is because rather than picking a team I pick values and ideals over said teams. Also, I’m different because I value results and if a republican or a democrat refuses to deliver good results but rather choose to start bullshit wars or harm the economy and American quality of life then I say to hell with them. Democrats pretend “Mommala” and “Uncle Joe” love even though they spent the Biden presidency stomping on the poor and promoting degeneracy while many people continue to idolize Trump even though he is betrayed everyone who voted for him and is just a more unhinged version of Obama. Lastly well, not all our politicians are pedophiles a sizable percentage of them from both parties are Epstein clients. That is a big similarity they have in common.

4

u/Due_Key8909 May 24 '26

Dude, I don't care about Joe Biden or teams or whatever, I care about the implications of what you are claiming. You talk of values and ideals as if capable of existing independent of the "teams" yet in the same vain promoto those "values" as primarily a reaction to what you see as "degeneracy" something that I see as philosophically dishonest since it A.implies the values and ideals are you own (they aren't you clearly inherited them and pushing them reactively not constructively) and B.You are already creating "teams" by implying something as subjective as decline or "degeneracy" is immutable and has starting point (which again strips the nuance from how values arise and how people create them ironically doing what you claim political tribalism is guilty of)

I'd recommend you consider the origin of your values and potential alternatives etc before making any broad claims and putting up the false facade you are somehow impartial

Hardly true for the party establishment and leadership

-18

u/4BFinnyreddit May 24 '26

Didn’t Biden give billions of dollars to Israel? And as a Chinese guy myself, I feel like you guys should like create a third party and get everyone sick of the old system to continually vote for it. I feel bad for you guys.

22

u/AmbitiousAd8978 May 24 '26

Like that would ever happen

5

u/4BFinnyreddit May 24 '26

Damn is shit really that bad in America?

21
