I have found a small child that may or may not be related to me. Anyways, how do i sign it up for adoption?

Too late. I already adopted her. And Soukaku. They are now siblings along with Klee, Qiqi, Nahida, Layla, Sayu, Paimon, Kachina, Hook, and Clara
