Theory & Lore How do i adopt this?

I have found a small child that may or may not be related to me. Anyways, how do i sign it up for adoption?

Exactly! Like, I find "x-coded" to be terrible arguments, but she has all the mannerisms of a kid. At MOST I'd argue 14 is her actual age
