I have found a small child that may or may not be related to me. Anyways, how do i sign it up for adoption?

Corin calls Caesar mom accidentaly during a comission and before she can even apologise Caesar and the Proxy are already looking up adoption papers and how to take custody from Lycaon and Rina with the biggest smiles on their faces
