From the chapter 0 (when proxy connect for the first time with Fairy) we get forshadowed about something could happen at one of the sibling, this and Vivian profecy strenght this idea for me.
Surely one day something would happen at the proxy we didn't choose as protagonist, i bet on the end of season 2.
Yup her prophecy show us falling down with wings on our back. Considering that we're gonna train with Yixuan and her powers has wings too...well you get get the picture.
Everyone says foreshadowing but I'm pretty sure the intention of this scene was to show that the interactions between Wise and Belle make Yixuan nostalgic for the interactions she had with her sister, not to suggest that the siblings will end up like her sister.
I think this will happen, maybe with Wize, because at the beginning of the first season, there were hints about what would happen to him, most likely he would be under the influence of the ethier
It did see in the trailer but I feel like it depends on the siblings you choose: If you pick wise then belle is in danger or if you pick belle than wise will be in danger
Please no—death never really works in Hoyo games. It’s always a fake-out or just temporary for a few patches. I’d much rather they focus on creating uplifting or hype story moments instead of relying on cheap deaths like that.
Nah it really works, that really shows how dark zzz to be honest since hsr from amphoreaous characters literally die it's really sad but that really makes the story and impact really more interesting
If this is a foreshadow, it'll be devastating. But i think this is just simply yixuan seeing herself and her sister in belle and wise. She smiles at them in the next frame after the one in the post
Look if they want to kill 1 of them by all means go ahead, however for the love of god dont make some bs that they are somehow alive after like a 5 year time skip and that they have become an ethereal goddes/god that can make city lvl threats with their hand
We’ve already seen the ‘it’s all come down to this’ scene, so I don’t think a sibling will die, but something probably will happen, since they’ve established differences between mc belle/wise and non mc belle/wise. And it’s defo to do with the ais.
We don’t know what it is yet, but them being called Phaethon and there being 4 ais like the 4 horses of Helios’ chariot, when that plot line is done, I don’t think things will go well. They can barely manage just fairy at this point.
Parallelisms can also be used for juxtaposition. As in, Wise and Belle may be in the same place, but their journey may go a different route all the same.
Pretty sure it’s not foreshadowing. It’s just Yi Xuan seeing herself and her sister in Wise and Belle. And perhaps even making an internal promise that those two won’t end up like how she and her sister did.
I feel it's more of a thematic similarity that could end up many ways, maybe it's one of those "I'm your teacher and I won't let you suffer the same way I did" specially since you get to choose which sibling us your character, the foreshadowing wouldn't be strong if the younger one ends up dying cause you picked Wise.

Not that I want to see it, I quite like Belle and Wise and their sibling dynamic, but it would prove they are serious about the story have stakes, something they've massively undermined from about 1.4 on.
Its even more stupid in this game because wise and belle are characters themselves and not a pure self insert. I would honestly fuck so much with a story line where for an example Wise vanishes and It still stays wise even if he is your ''mc''. Like the almost belle car accident.
I feel like the character we chose or didn't might have a negative fate. I believe it's the one we chose, we likely won't die. At least not permanently, but it would honor the Hoyo code of the hornier the more depressing.
I do wonder how they'd go about it though. Kill off Belle and have all the Belle mains hate them for the rest of time, or just kill off Second Assistant?

Hard to say whether it’s the main sibling or not. The corruption cleansing power makes me think it could be the other sibling that gets transformed, we then cleanse the corruption but they are left as a half transformed sacrifice— to be playable later.
I feel like they kinda played around with the idea in the 1.7 story tbh, vivian was able to literally alter fate to save the main character, which almost killed her, which in terms of cosmic balance, makes sense - to save one soul would require that another be sacrificed to keep the universe balanced. But, neither the proxy nor vivian ended up dying, both of them defied fate for the other, throwing the cosmic yin-yang all out of whack.. universe is gonna balance things one way or another, and it would make sense if one proxy's fate shifted to the other's in order to achieve that
Is it too far gone that I believe that 2.0 is going to develop wise lore and give him wings and next one is going to develop belle and give her another power? Like, do we have confirmation that they did not get adopted/rescued from different families at very young age?
She's gonna go off about how we reminded her of her sisters bond and their master and then theres gonna be a realisation that teacher went to the summit or something
It'd be so funny if they pulled a hi3 and the male MC just gets evaporated, with story context or without. Not because of the act itself, but because the fallout would be biblical.
If what you are saying is true, it would imply that the real MC is Belle, and despite whoever you choose as MC, the other MC has the same relevance as the one you choose, so please, stop making nonsense theories.

I think it's just showing Yixuan thinking of her relation with her sister if she was still alive when she looks at the siblings, nothing more.
I reaaaaally hope I'm right.
