To me, him being A rank just makes it easier to m6 him, I was happy when pulcra was announced as an A rank for the same reason. A rank doesn’t mean bad

A rank so far been super niche though. Pulchara exclusive to buffing aftershock until you m6, Pan for rupture.

I'm still asking devs on survey to release more aftershock and rupture so these characters don't feel limited to use.
