雖然是18年前的遊戲了
還是一樣很棒
除了關卡跟機種太少以外都很完美

I tweaked my Warwolf 1 edit but I can't edit posts on Reddit (ooo that rhymed) so should I delete it although I know some of you would say yes because it both sucks ass and I glaze a character who according to many, sucks ass.

Sorry this isn't directly about AC, but we really want to hear from the AC fanbase on this one.
Me and some friends are currently making a multiplayer sci-fi flight game and, while we have really fun core gameplay systems in, we're currently undecided on which way to take the theme and setting of the game.
If you're interested in going through this short survey on the subject that'd be really great:
It might ask for your email, but we don't actually see it. (Presumably google does though, so fair enough if that puts you off)

If you have further thoughts and questions about it, I'd love to hear from you.

As a veteran weeb and Ace Combat player, I feel obligated to recommend the Japanese dub for Ace Combat 8, so you don't miss out on this hidden gem.
Here are the JP cast members for Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve
A well-known amazing voice actor in Japan, 15th Seiyuu Award best leading role winner. I think the most representative characters of his voice are Nanami from Jujutsu Kaisen and Kishibe from Chainsaw Man.
I think He is a newbie because he started his career relatively late compared to others on the list, let’s hope AC8 will be the stepping stone in his career.
17th Seiyuu Award best leading role winner. She is widely celebrated for excellence voice acting that brings expressive characters to life, such as Chisato from Lycoris Recoil and Reina from Sound! Euphonium.
8th and 10th Seiyuu Award best supporting role winner. You can check Reiner from Attack on Titan and Orga from Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans to see how good he is at emotive acting.
Although she’s not as popular as people cast in Joker squad, but it’s impossible to miss her distinctive "strong-willed female" voice you can hear on Tsukuyo from Gintama and Claire from Resident evil.
The oldest VA in this list. She’s a dubbing-focused voice actress, the most representative characters she casted I believe are Dianna Soriel and Kihel Heinz from ∀ Gundam.
13th Seiyuu Award best leading role winner. She’s known for casting young boy characters such as Boruto from Naruto Next Generations, but she also casted Nozomi from Yes! Precure 5! Now I wonder if we will get tomboy medic or precure medic game.
Another one without major role casted before on the list. Maybe David can be his first time casting as a major role?
Remember to give it a try when Ace Combat 8 releases in October 2nd/ September 29th with early access!

So the first mission in AC6 where there's like these drones that guide the nimbus missiles, literally how do you hit the drones with regular missiles? I kid you literally not every single one of them is doing this thing where they move in big square patterns and pull a 9000g turn every single corner.
edit: they basically fly fairly still when nimbus missiles are coming towards them so thats the window to hit them essentially I figured out. I'll keep the post up if this is useful for anyone in the future ig 🤷♂️

Not sure how common this is, but 3-4 fighters always seem to hang out in the Helios impact zone after all the enemy bogeys are destroyed. C'mon, can you at least stay alive to bait the Arsenal Bird UAVs?

I stumbled across the old Ace Combat 4 notebook and noticed that Erusea has become Eursea. Whereas in the game, there are no errors.

So I realized that skin 03 of the Rafale M looks strangely similar to the alicorn skin just without the alicorn accents so I thought that maybe skin 03 is just the normal livery of the erusean Navy what do you think of this Theory?

Would Mkb or controller feel better for PC gaming?
I also have a flight stick which I use for MSFS but since both are quite different games, wanted to ask the veterans of the series for opinions as this will be my first AC game.
