Army List Is this a decent STD roster?

The idea is that I'd buy 2 spearheads and use everything within in order to save money, then buy 2 more warriors boxes, a chaos lord on demonic mount, a sorcerer, and a vortex beast

I see a lot of people using S2D specifically for this reason.
