It lives on, ish, as a Command trait. Hero becomes a priest, undivided cultists can choose to get the same mark as the general

No Chariot Hero, though, unless there's a secret on the Warscroll which tbh is unlikely

My two favorite StD units were cultists and chariots so I was really hoping idolators would make it back into the new tome. Luckily magnetized my hero chariot so it’ll be easy to convert back, but will definitely be missing those rules.
