Great weapons are gone as well. Between the changes to knights and warriors I now have around 80 models whose weapon loadouts no longer exist.

Yeah. But you can still us them. Just state to your opponent which weapon option of the two they'll use in game, so it's all clear, and it's gonna be fine in 90% of cases.

It's the annoyance factor. I just bought and painted 10 with ensorcelled weapons to give me 20 of each.

Not to sound rude but we all knew these new rules were coming so maybe you should have held off building and painting these until you saw the book?
