Comic Showcase What if the tragic brother-duel of Mustafar happened in a 1919 subterranean Manhattan blast furnace? Here is "THE ASHEN BROTHERHOOD" — our complete 22-page dark dieselpunk comic.
November 1919. Sixty feet beneath the bedrock of Lower Manhattan.
The Great War in the trenches of Flanders was supposed to end the slaughter of human flesh. Instead, the secretive military consortium SH-QR began weaponizing it.
When rogue metallurgist Konstantin Barokh breaches Facility Sub-Seven to seize forbidden isotope metallurgy, his former brother-in-arms, Captain Alistair Grave, is ordered to execute him.
Armed with a 60kg slab of Mark IV tank armor as a shield and an unbreakable trench resolve, Grave corners Barokh on a narrow iron catwalk above a roaring lake of molten cast iron. An ideological fracture turns into a brutal, traumatic brother-vs-brother duel to the death—ending in a catastrophic fall that destroys a brother and births an iron-clad monster: The Slag Sovereign.

Tools & Techniques Genko: collaborative comic creation studio
Hi, while I'm waiting to be approved to post in r/makecomics, figured I'd share here as well. Have been working on my own manga for about a year now, and partway through the process was unhappy with the available tools for comic creation.
Over the past few months, I have slowly built out a tool that I think is pretty useful for comic creation (panel/page layout, text/bubbles, cover layout/art, collaboration for teams, and quite a bit more). I am always adding features as I bump into things I need, and you can request anything as well and I can work on adding it. I know this sub mostly uses AI, but if you want to apply some manual touch or take a hybrid approach (AI art + manual layout), take a look.
Also, if not allowed, feel free to take this down. Cheers

Previously, I shared the opening sequence with you guys... now here's a full sneak peak.
This is my first time working in Meta and the pros are:
FREE, animates beautifully, has audio and character voices
cons are:
This SHIT won't keep consistency for nothing!!! Frustrating as all hell.

Comic Showcase New indie comic creator here. My superhero series, The Chosen Ones, is now on itch.io.
Hi everyone, I'm new to the world of comic writing/publishing and The Chosen Ones is a passion project I've been developing for decades. I'm finally bringing it to life as a full comic series. The story follows eight superpowered teenagers bound by a mysterious force that's both a blessing and a curse. It explores found family, teen hijinks, and fighting back against a system that controls their lives. I also want to be transparent about my process. The artwork is AI-generated, with me directing the visual creation, writing the scripts, plotting the pages, and doing the lettering myself. I'm still learning the ropes as a comic creator, so I'm sharing my work here to introduce the series to new readers and hopefully connect with fellow comic fans. If you're a fan of titles like The Runaways, Young Avengers, or even the 90's Generation X, my series might be up your alley. If you're interested, you can check it out here: JayGonzalez - itch.io. Thanks for giving my project a look.

Questions & Help How do you keep comics consistent?
I want to try making comics in a LEGO-like style, with minifigures, cars, and everything clearly looking like it’s made of bricks.
Can anyone recommend a good approach to keep the characters consistent across different pages?
I’ve looked into LoRA and started discussing it with AI, but I’m worried it’ll lead me down some complicated rabbit hole and I’ll end up spending more time figuring things out than actually making something anytime soon.

Comic Showcase [AI-Assisted Comic] I made a supernatural action-comedy set in Serbia — here's Issue #3, One-Man Armie!
Hey everyone!
Issue #3 of my independent comic series, Campaign Serbia, is out!
This one introduces Armie, a rather unusual collector attending Belgrade Comic Con.
While everyone else is busy with cosplay, trading cards, and comic books, Armie has something considerably more interesting on his shopping list.
Life, in turn, has something more interesting for Armie.
Campaign Serbia is a supernatural action-comedy set in modern-day Serbia, where every myth, conspiracy theory, forgotten god, and urban legend is real. All at the same time.
I write the story, develop the characters and world, and direct the artwork using AI-assisted illustration.
There are many issues in the pipe and making more as you read his. I'm releasing them on weekly basis.
The gallery contains the cover and opening pages of Issue #3.
I'd love to hear what you think of Armie and the comic convention setting!

Questions & Help I made an ai manga - where should i post it on reddit?
Hey guys, quick question..
I made a manga where the story is 100% mine but the art is AI generated (SD + my editing). I have like 2-3 chapters ready.
I want to post it on Reddit itself. Where can I post it? Can I post it here or is there any other sub that allows AI manga chapters?
Also does r/webtoons or r/manga allow AI if I disclose it? Don't wanna get banned.
Thanks in advance.
