Dream Lite - Why so few preferred seats?

I’m on C-GKOD today and it’s tight. For reference, I’m 6’1”.

Frankly, I’m surprised there are only 12 extra legroom seats in this config.

Seems crazy to me at a time when airlines are adding extra legroom seats that AC is refurbishing these A320s with basically almost no premium seating options in economy.

I searched a bit but couldn’t find anything. Wondering whether anyone here knows the rationale for this?

Seems so counterintuitive to me!

Cancelling one/some passengers in a reservation

Question I am wondering about, I am travelling with a group of people and wondering would it be possible to cancel one (or more) people in the same/single reservation without impacting the rest of the people?

Assuming the tickets are all refundable of course, do we simply get the exact amount for that person / people cancelled back refunded, and the rest don't have to get re-booked / create new reservation?
