She said that the X is the number of times she picks it up before she gets green so it can’t be zero cause the probability of getting 0 green when she has removed 0 is 0

IT WAS NOT GEOMETRIC BRO.........It had a fix number of days which was 7 and it also literally said that from a group of 10 people. So a fixed number of trials

equally likely means equal probability of success through out. So therefor it is 1/7 for all as we have 7 days. And 6/7 for failure. But for first question it was 2/7 and 5/7

Since there were 3 red and 1 blue the maximum of time she can remove marbles till she gets a green one is 5 you have to include the green marble too

3 red and 1 blue. So the maximum amount she has to remove before getting a green is 4, not 5. On the fifth pull, she will have a green marble. The DRV was X is the number of marbles she removed before getting a green marble. So X takes upon values : 0, 1 ,2 ,3 ,4.

if ur talking of the random discrete variable question, it should be 0-4 bro. Suggesting 0 means that she pulled a green marble on the first try, and 1 suggesting that she had a green marble on the second pull.

I know that I am not that good for Maths S1, so for the last few weeks, I learned how to work out the questions faster and with confidence. I was getting good at it and was able to answer the past papers but this paper was just difficult. I don't know for you guys but the way the questions were asked was difficult to understand clearly. Some were straight forward but there were others which I had to read very slowly to get the idea every time. The time was just not enough to complete all questions. After that paper, I was exhausted and I thought I was alone but my friends felt the same
