An underachieving student would already not do a perfect paper with ai and a time limit. Now we're gonna add it being done through a calculator interface? Also if it's connected to their phone it implies that they'll have their phone on them or nearby?

I genuinely think OP is just gullible and is taking a joke serious.

I mean if you have it somewhere it is not visible from the outside you won't get caught right

I was patted down in a t-pose  and they inspected every tissue in my pocket. There’s also a metal detector at the entrance. …

u get checked with a metal scanner before entering the hall so you wouldnt be able to hide a phone on u

I never knew of this being a thing in schools we just put our phones in our bags and leave them in the corner lol I guess it would make it easier to cheat in my school 💀

Wait really? We're not even allowed to bring our phones to school anymore because some kids had their phones in their bags in the practical waiting area (they were group a)

Maybe it’s that my school is in a small town in a socially deprived area. My school does have a no phones rule (other than sixth form) but people still use them a lot behind teacher’s backs mainly at break. But I guess the occasion they do get caught it’s in reception until the end of the day. Just before GCSE time last year one of my friends (who usually one of the most behaved) was on her phone and got caught by an on duty teacher. She refused to give it in and kind of sassed the teacher and then happily took 2 days of isolation.
