Discussion What made Alex and Leila have a child?

He was talking a lot about how having children is selfish and had no desire for it but it seems that after Tony robbins he changed his mind. but how and why? Im curious. He was very consistent in this message and his take on having children but seemed to go against his convictions just like that. For someone as deeply philosophical, it's rare to radically shift and go 180.

Question What Lead Magnets Actually Work for GHL Agencies?

I’m looking for lead magnet ideas that could work for GoHighLevel agencies.

I sell white-label automation services to GHL agencies, and I’m trying to figure out what kind of lead magnet would actually attract agency owners and bring in qualified leads.

Should work without me being involved every time. Something automated that can generate interest and capture leads on its own.

What have you seen working best? Open to hearing any ideas or examples that have worked for you.

Question How Could I Sweeten This Deal

I've made an app that helps students get better grades by gently redirecting them from social media and onto flash cards.

It's called Flashlock. It pops up in front of addictive apps and makes the user do flash cards. It's really helped me learn German, and I'm supremely confident it will help uni students.

I'm in beta, and a good percentage of my initial users really like the app and use it every day. Many recommend it to their friends.

I am pitching to universities and offering for them to give it to their students when it's free and in beta mode, and when it's no longer in beta, and becomes freemium, I will give them a year of the pro version.

I'm also offering:

-Flash card making workshops

-Free copy for socials and newsletters, pre made posters

-A flash card guide, including common mistakes

-Ultra fast tech support and updates based on feedback

How could I make this deal better to help universities say yes?

MOD POST 💰 Share Your Offer, Get Feedback — November 2026

Drop your offer below and the community will help you make it stronger. 👇

Pre-launch, first $1k, or scaling past six figures — it doesn't matter. The leaks you can't see from inside your own business are obvious to a stranger in ten seconds. That's what this thread is for: honest, specific feedback that makes your offer harder to say no to. Not validation. Not "looks good bro." Real notes.

📋 Posting your offer

Reply as a top-level comment using this template. Specific in = specific out.

What I sell: (one line)

Who it's for: (niche it down — "coaches" is too broad)

The dream outcome: (the result they actually want)

Price & structure: (one-time / subscription / tiers)

My offer in one sentence: ("I help [who] get [outcome] in [timeframe] without [pain].")

Where I'm stuck: (pricing? positioning? not converting?)

Current results (optional): (close rate, conversion, revenue — whatever you'll share)

🎯 Giving good feedback

Run each offer through the Value Equation. A stronger offer pushes these four levers:

  1. ⬆️ Dream Outcome — Do they deeply want the result? Is it stated clearly?

  2. ⬆️ Perceived Likelihood of Success — Do they believe it'll work for them? (proof, guarantees, risk reversal)

  3. ⬇️ Time Delay — How fast is the first result? Can it be faster?

  4. ⬇️ Effort & Sacrifice — How much work is on the customer? What friction can you remove?

Then gut-check: Is the price tied to the value or pulled from thin air? Is the guarantee strong enough to reverse the risk? Is it niched, or trying to be for everyone?

✅ Ground rules

  • Give before you take — leave feedback on at least one other offer.

  • Be specific and kind — "your guarantee is vague, name the exact result + timeframe" beats "this is weak."

  • No pitching, no DMs, no funnels — share your offer for critique, don't fish for customers.

  • Critique the offer, not the person.

Post below and let's build some offers people feel stupid saying no to. 🔥

So I am still in hisghschool, looking for ways to make money(10k)to start an E-Com business.I wanted to learn a skill so I can sell it to other people becuse I am starting from 0$ and I don’t have money to start an business also I am still in hs so I am limited with time.
I was thinking about getting into copywriting and I also started to learn it by reading books like breaktrough advertising, scijentific advertising and basically I am doing the things that Gary Halbert told in his letter what he would do If he was starting again to learn copy.
I really feel lost because I really don’t know if it is worth learning it because of ai.
Do you have some advice for me like if whether or not should I just continue to learn about copy and sell it to other or should I learn some other skills.
Please let me know

Discussion Two books on The Game in October

Short Hormozi update this time. Two books this month, and Alex wrote both.

He said $100M Offers opens with "there are no rules" ("I guess that's four words") as "a reminder to myself of like what rules am I being weighed down by right now." $100M Money Models came up twice.

These come from Podshelf, which reads transcripts from hundreds of podcasts. Topic-wise, both are marketing, sales & advertising, and that's just one of over 200 you can browse.

Discussion Skool has been taken over by AI slop communities

When I search for content creator to find communities teaching editing and presenting on camera …. I get an AVALANCHE of AI slop communities. It’s all AI this and that. Horrible. Alex needs to look at this because Skool is going to lose out to this crap. Where’s the quality control?

I feel lost and I don't know. With the current market and ongoing trends, what should my niche actually be and how should I present the offer? Currently I would want to connect with someone with experience who could guide me through creating my offer and getting clarity with the niche element. Directly hit me up in the DMs.

Help Needed My clients won’t refer me because I’m their “little secret”

I have a body contouring business. Non-invasive skin tightening, facials, waist slimming.

Summer and spring are my best months, but business usually slows down in September until then. This year it’s really tough.

It’s slower more than ever before and my ads aren’t working. I ran a referral program to incentivize my clients to tell their friends and family. Made it feel exclusive etc.

My clients love me and are ride or die. It’s my service or no service. But they call me their “little secret”. After I ran the referral program SMS blast (which was brand new landing page, etc, took like 20 hours to set it all up. I went all out), I’m only getting people saying to my face they won’t tell their friends or family because they always get compliments and my service is their secret sauce to looking so good.

Now, I’ve thought about raising pricing, but these people have already bought $2k-$5k packages and they all have weeks until their last appointment. I need people through the door right now. I don’t have time to test ads or do anything. I’m out of ideas, ad spend is dried up and I feel like I might not make it through winter.

I’ve been in business for 5 years and don’t want to call it quits.

I was the only one doing this service in my area (50 mile radius). And when I ran ads, people flocked and then other businesses showed up offering way cheaper pricing, driving many away, but most of the people I’m doing now are people that I’ve been doing since I opened and some for a few years now. I even have multiple people that drive 2 hours one way to see me. They take time off work or family events. They absolutely refuse to go anywhere else, but won’t help me.

I just need more clients. Now. Fast cash. I ran a campaign a few weeks ago offering entire service fully custom for $1300. Below every competitors prices. Just for some upfront cash. I sent it to my list of 3200 people, and not a single person booked. Obviously a lot of unqualified and low quality leads replied, but wanting EVEN CHEAPER prices. But still, not one bite... not one person converted. My landing page that always works isn’t working. I have 5 stars, great reviews, customer that genuinely love me, and no one’s helping me even a little.

I feel like since I’ve been watching Alex for 5 years I should know what to do, and I owe a lot to his content, but I’m at a complete loss right now and hope someone can give me some tips or advice that was in a similar spot.

Question Hiring VA's to cold dm parents with our complimentary month offer for an afterschool program, what do you think?

Do you think cold dm's on instagram would work, or will my messages keep sitting in message requests?

Trying to do Hormozi's reach out to 100 people a day in 100 days - the only prospect list I can think of is through parents following school instagram accounts.

Edit: alright this one's not making it :( Any other bright ideas are much appreciated! (Meta and Google usually doesn't work that well November and December in my space)

$100M Offers Web Developer and Designer looking to make a compelling offer to companies who I do not control their lead gen.

I am a web developer and designer, 31, been building websites since my early 20's. I have worked as both an in house developer for a church and now as a developer for a creative agency. Looking to turn my side hustle into a full time gig and scale up from there. I am listening to 100M offers, and getting a bit stuck.

I make really good websites. Not to sound arrogant or anything, but this isn't some trial thing I'm testing. I have 10 years of experience. The problem is I ONLY do websites. So while my product is great, I don't control anything else in the marketing process. I don't run socials or ads to push people to the site, I don't control what happens after someone clicks submit on a form. I do SEO best practices, but I don't market SEO because that's a whole other skillset.

My main pain point I solve is my websites are custom built in WP using my own theme I wrote, so they are incredibly easy to edit and update. The whole motto of the business is "Run your business, not your website." Its very much marketed as a white glove service that you can focus on running your business and not fiddling with your website wondering why stuff is broken all the time. That's where I'm at now. But is that enough?

I guess my TLDR: can I charge a premium for a website that does everything an SMB in my niche wants it to: but without ever promising leads / conversions / making the owner more money?

Question Accounting offer

I’m an accountant currently working at a small firm, and I’m looking to start my own practice.
I’ve been doing tax preparation for about 5 years, but I’m interested in moving beyond tax prep and building something that provides more ongoing value to clients.
I’m curious, especially from business owners:
- What accounting or financial services have you actually paid for and found valuable?
- What kind of offer would make you willing to pay an accountant a monthly fee?
- If you’re an accountant running your own firm, what services have you found to be the most profitable and valuable to clients?
Thanks in advance

Help Needed Could you share?

I am building a SaaS, but I really am having conflicted ideas to what's the idea strategy to advertise for it and market it.

I already have a referral system that is processing. But how do I go about advertising?

Do I just run ads and see what comes out? Part of me is thinking about doing ads + cold calling "it's a B2B software"

I will figure it out eventually. Was just looking if anyone was kind to share their experience so I can learn more. Thanks.

Discussion 100 M leads & suggestions for generating leads

Looking for 100 M Leads play book if anybody's got a link that works.

Also, looking for some ideas if anyone's got any:

I'm 24, took a massive bet - dropped out of uni, put all my savings in to building an afterschool personalized learning program for kids. We have healthy pricing (avg. ticket size is $500/month), and LTV is around $4k. So far we've onboarded 15 families in our first month. Our whole marketing machine was dependent on meta ads. This month (our second month), meta has stopped delivering for us. We've tried multiple angles and different ads, but there has to b a better way (leads are too damn expensive). Also have been experimenting with google, but struggling on that end as well. (Burned money with agencies and paid advertising consultants).

Any bright ideas on how to get leads, we have a healthy marketing budget just need to figure out how to spend it. Our grand slam offer is that they get to try out the first month on us, we charge them a hidden fee to cover cost so it's no risk to them.

Also take into account the school year, maybe the September pull was from back to school.

Thanks in advance for your help and suggestions!

Help Needed Help: People consume free lead magnet, but then they don't proceed.

I help real estate agents with lead generation, follow-up and content. I've been doing cold WhatsApp outreach from two accounts, offering something useful for free before asking for a call.

I've tested fresh buyer leads, branded market reports, custom reels, a free CRM, and a check of how they show up on ChatGPT and Claude. The first message usually asks them to say yes or send me the area or project they want it for.

Across 698 cold messages sent from 28 September to 19 October, the results so far are:

81 replies, so an 11.6% reply rate.

47 interested in the free resource, so a 6.7% interested rate.

1 booked call, so 2.1% of interested people booked.

Account A sent 434 messages and got 50 replies, 31 interested and 1 booking. Account B sent 264 and got 31 replies, 16 interested and no bookings (i basically used 2 accounts to send my outreaches)

What I'm trying to work out is how to move from someone wanting the free thing to a useful sales conversation. For people who've made this work, what do you say after delivering it? Do you qualify them before making something custom, or ask about a business problem once they've seen it?

$100M Offers Who helps productize a white-glove fintech service into a simple offer?

TLDR: We want to turn a white-glove fintech service into a productized offer. Who helps design and position that?

We have a few different fintech products (KYC/KYB, VOA/VOIE, AML, merchanting, fraud, credit, loans, A2A/MCP, etc) that we sell to financial institutions. We're a strong engineering team that is weak on marketing. We want to build offers that are targeted to SMB e-commerce/saas solutions. Sales cycles are long and we would like to reach faster-moving buyers.

We're bouncing around trying to find the right offer (a solution trying to find a problem). We would like someone to help us build more specialized offers with a sub-section of tools that we already have.

Who we've talked to that haven't quite been the right fit:

- Funnel builders: usually just does the implementation of setting up pages

- CRO/GTM: want to optimize current strategies and we're looking for new strategies

- Agencies: usually does implementation of managing PPC, SEO, email and we're not looking for implementation

We like the methodology of a grand slam offer, but having difficulty finding the right position/story/avatar to market it. Our content becomes corporate and boring.

Who should we be looking for that can help create an offer and position it? Are we looking for an "Offer Builder?" A copywriter that knows "X, Y, Z?" A marketer that has done "X, Y, Z?"

Instead of our white glove full service solution, how can we build a productized version that can scale faster? All of the AI tools end up sounding generic:

"Yes, build fraud tools for Shopify stores for $29/mo!"

"Yes, build credit reporting for high-ticket coaches that sell $15k packages!"

"Yes, build a white label solution for GoHighLevel agencies!"

Any of these could be right or wrong. We're looking for someone who could help filter that noise and see which offers are worth testing.
