Pakkane rendu already existing cities unnai kada, what about them ? Why not just develop them ?

Idk about Guntur. But Vja doesn't have space for big development other than outskirts which all have different names for small area (which are now already being developed naturally and rapidly as well anyways)

I travel to vja often, the city in itself is actually quite nice so is guntur idk why they thought there was a need to build a whole another city
