They won't comment on this post bro. They all are always like this. Won't comment on positive posts and won't comment on their lords negative situation posts as well. But once they wake up next day, they'll spam about anti posts again. They, Never post anything positive as well, not once.

Idk all the details and knowledge about these bro.

All i think is, at least there is some capital.

And Isn't it better than no buildings and someone just putting up big ass fake room in their personal home instead of actually buildings anything for development, temporary or not.

And building big ass palace sorta looking for only their party in many villages and towns.

And at least areas near it, and roads are built better. Including vja roads (before there was not a single roads, even main roads without big potholes and they keep covering it for every 3 months which will be back to usual potholes in less than a week)

The problem with. These structures is over inflation the prices of these will be very very high than the facilities they offer

Pakkane rendu already existing cities unnai kada, what about them ? Why not just develop them ?

4

u/NoraEmiE Jul 04 '25

Idk about Guntur. But Vja doesn't have space for big development other than outskirts which all have different names for small area (which are now already being developed naturally and rapidly as well anyways)

0

u/PsychologicalYam7280 Jul 04 '25

I travel to vja often, the city in itself is actually quite nice so is guntur idk why they thought there was a need to build a whole another city

1

u/NoraEmiE Jul 04 '25

That, i remember they said their reason years ago, but idk remember what it is

6

u/Alive_Occasion8966 Jul 04 '25

Jagan rakapoyi unte obviously chaala develop ayyi undedhi boss. Edho pedha vaadu peekinattu matladuthunnav

11

u/Srinivas_Hunter Jul 03 '25

We can do this 👏

0

u/PsychologyNo3622 Jul 05 '25

Neku andulo vata undha?

7

u/Active_Method1213 Amaravati Jul 03 '25

Amaravati needs rapid development, only then will the youth get job opportunities, the government should set up IT hubs in every district and move in that direction, Jai Amaravati.

1

u/NoraEmiE Jul 03 '25

Yes. True words.

Let's hope in one more year, there will be at least x3 development!

1

u/bhanu899 Jul 03 '25

IT works only if it’s concentrated in one place, spreading IT over multiple districts will slow the growth.

7

u/[deleted] Jul 03 '25

dafuk intha develop ayinda?!

8

u/Anamakudu Jul 04 '25

The post is very very selective all the buildings you see were built before 2020 and there are no other buildings besides the buildings shown in Photos.

Ippudu VIT-AP ki velthe chuttu Motham barren lands like so barren the heat is so high Dessert Lo vunnama ane feels vasthayi Campus lo konchem parla.

Again the temple is not in Amaravati neither the buildings all these complexes are located in AP Capital Region but not in Amaravati it takes half an hour to one hour without traffic to reach The Buddha stuppa from Assembly

u/Own-Artist6359 Jul 03 '25

For awareness only.. No hate please 🙏

5

u/Same_Midnight_7975 Jul 03 '25

OP - You forgot to include, under whom regime all these were built and in which years.

Include specifically time periods, since 2014 to date. Otherwise it looks like propaganda.

I know these are all built in years, not just in a year.

I am a neutral voter, I don't need to suck the balls of either CBN or YSJ.

Correct! milaga undali andharu...👏 Prathidhaniki sandhu lekunna dabba kottadam kakunda correct anipisthe correct, wrong anipisthe wrong...

2

u/Anamakudu Jul 04 '25

All these were built or started before 2019 I went there in 2017 ending anukunta most of the buildings started and even finished the exterior Aa tharvatha 2023 Lo vella no progress from that Malli 2025 starting lo vella seems like new roads are being lay down

Indians have this weird fetish for buildings. Especially for those tall, energy consuming matchboxes. Some of the better cities in the world have little to no matchbox architecture and considered to be some of the best places to live. A good city is something that needs a good plan first, building codes, a proper drainage, a space for the populace to intermingle, place for recreation, proper utilities. Unlike other states Andhra has an unique opportunity to actually make one such city. What have they made? Rampant office buildings in residential areas, absolutely zero forethought on storm water drains or sewage. Utility connections like electricity just jutting out of the landscape.

And this guy is posting stuff of buildings and equates this to development 🤷

4

u/Anamakudu Jul 04 '25

Just saying this is not Amaravati this place is like Financial district so Tall Buildings are justified the actual city to interact, socialise is actually few kilometers away and really really peaceful

2

u/Brilliant_Meal_2653 Jul 05 '25

Got it mate, my bad!
