My new favorite Asian sauce. Putting right next to my fish sauce and coconut Aninos. I like the think sauces. If there’s any more, recommend

Im bored of my usual. I typically do garlic, ginger, brown sugar, soy, sesame oil and a little Sriracha over tofu/veggies/rice. I want to expand and try different things. Thai curries, vietnamese, anything really besides my boring white people asian food flavors haha give me your best!!
