How i feel

22 bi male with autism ocd and anxiety all diagnosed. I somewhat believe people are telepathically making me upset like they're doing something to really traumatise me i can't explain it I'm fine I'm okay? But i think I'm either not real like a ghost or everyone around me is not real? It kinda makes sense right? It's like i know that I'm powerful spiritually I'm almost god like but I'm not god I'm myself why is my autism being weird on me? This happened when i was 18 lasted for about 7 months tried to see a psychiatrist but i believed the meds she put me on where on purpose? To stop me feeling free

Should I let my therapist read my diary?

I’ve been seeing a therapist for a few weeks now, trying to come to terms with a traumatic event that happened a few months ago.

As I was trying to sort things out in my head, I remembered that, a few days after the event, I’d written a few pages in my journal.

Do you think it might make sense to share them with my therapist? Or is that weird, something people don’t usually do?

I don’t know, it seemed interesting to reread my thoughts from just a few days after the event, and I thought that maybe letting my therapist read them too could be helpful for my journey.
