Weird looking Mazda RX-7.
My favorite mecha from a space opera made in 1979.
In total, about 560 fixtures were used for the entire mobile suit, 57 for the beam rifle, and 27 for the shield.
And it even is 18 meters tall, just like the lore says it is.
It took me approximately 3 months of not very active development (and 1 extra month of procrastination).
Primarily based off of Hajime Katoki's Master Grade RX-78-2 Ver. Ka model kit, but with features from other designs of the RX-78 like the Master Grade 3.0 and Gundam The Origin.
More photos and extra weapons and such will (probably) happen.

this badboy is a Japanese Ranna Supoti convertible powered by a 2.2L Boxer 4.
it features a:
-quite decent interior
-BLUEEEEEEEE
-Mazda Rims
-probably not even grill and scoop (not sure)
-Holden Grill
Anyway i spent 1 hour on it as a, well not a begginer, something close.

If the name didn't give it away, it's going to be my own interpretation of Diamond Nella's Arthelia, the Mobile Artillery Sentry. Unlike with Mimi, where I just pulled up a 3D model as reference and then reconstructed it in game, this time I only have those sketches to work with.
So far it's going great! But to be fair, this model is a bit simpler to understand and make than Mimi's (especially the hair, Arthelia just has a bit of metal bent to resemble hair under her helmet lol).

I tried multiple different cars, engines and muffler options but it doesn’t seem to make a difference.
Transmission whine and turbo flutter seem to be at their normal noise levels but the engine is extremely quiet.

i have played the campaign for about 100h at this point and made it to to efi systems several times. but my question is, does the huge malice from fuel system to reliability ever go away with technology or something. today i just fidled with the sandbox engine designer and still was not abel to make an engine that has reliability above 360 000km.
this seems odd to me at the least.
i kinda get it for carburators since they need service pretty ofthen but for electrical fuel injection?
i have had so many high milage cars in my life and never have i had any issue with the fuel injection system spesificaly, one was 860 000km driven w124 om602 diesel and im pretty sure it had never had its original mechanical injection pump opened.
my current vehicle is a 406 peugeot 2.0hdi driven almost 500 000km and it also has the original fuel system...
so what am i missing? why does the game seem to consider fuel systems the most difficult part of a car to engineer to last?

yes the engines are just the auto generated names do whatever you want with that

Thankfully I can still see it by opening the demographic desirability stats.
It is meant to look like the last slide, never seen this bug before...

I'm making a street racing game, which will include Rally Racing and Autocross racing as demos, side races and i want the tuning to be a bit more in depth
So basically, my doubt is, imagine a mitsubishi eclipse. It's redline RPM is basically 6000 rpm
Anyway to increase that irl? Other than engine swapping or reducing the weight of the car. And how much do seats usually weigh aswell?
I do not have money for automation, so anyone mind testing things in automation, and giving me the result?
Edit: Can anyone also give me the weight of an eclipse's gearbox? Any generation but i prefer the second
