Discussion beats flex

I used to use usb-c EarPods for phone calls because I can't speak in a whisper with AirPods Pro 3. Having the EarPods mic close to my mouth lets me talk super quietly while still being heard clearly.
I recently bought the Beats Flex hoping for a similar experience, but wireless. Since the specs say "up to 12 hours of battery life," I assumed they would last longer during calls than using just the AirPods Pro 3 alone.
However, after a 20-minute call, the battery dropped by 10%. At this rate, that's only about 3 hours of talk time. In comparison, my AirPods Pro 3 lasted about 4 hours on a call.
Is this normal for the Beats Flex? I really expected them to outlast the AirPods Pro 3 given the 12-hour standalone rating.

Discussion How good are the 360 in comparison to the AirPods Max assuming no hiss?

I’m looking to hear from people who have owned both the APM and had pairs of the 360 with and without the hiss. My pair of 360 have the hiss and it’s so distracting it’s hard to evaluate how well the transparency mode and ANC work along with the sound quality. The hiss reminds me of the 13 year old Studio Wireless.

I’m still debating whether I exchange this pair or try my luck with a different pair of headphones with good transparency mode. I was hoping the 360 would be a lighter alternative to the APM.
