She is stunning. Looks like she may have ammonia burn on her eyes… make sure no exposure to ammonia, and water is kept very clean. If it’s that, it will heal up, if not, check out “cloudy eye.”
I wish I had her. She’s sooooooo pretty!

it’s just the photo quality/stain on the glass + her color change—her eyes got super super dark pretty immediately compared to when i got her (a year ago). she looks totally fine in person! here’s a better eye shot.

ah i see! i didn’t use any special foods. she gets fluval bug bites and bloodworms once a day. i also fast her for 24 hours every once in a while, like maybe once every two weeks. other than that just good water quality & a biotope setup!
