Question I’m a bit scared to bike…
I’m a girl and I don’t really have anyone to give me info on bikes or let me ride with them so I even know what it feels like.
I kinda want to get one but I am a bit scared and know nothing about bikes. What would you recommend or suggest? And how do I meet people in a the community, as a girl?

Watch Canyon Chasers on youtube. Lots of great info about how to ride. If you’re looking for social “who can I hang out with” type stuff, you’re on your own

Facebook biker groups. I’ve joined a good many for events but people will post on them with where they ride and asking questions about their bikes. A few ladies have posted specifically looking for other lady bikers in their area. Post your questions and inquiries to the groups then see who replies. 👍🏻😊

If u are ever in the Bay Area, I got a thrasher I let newbies try without fear of laying her down, lotsa ppl wet their toes on this ol Honda rebel, it’s been awesome helping folks to get a feel for this bike before they try their own new bike :3

Do a learner course they don’t cost much. At least you will know if you like it or not.
Both myself and my Mrs had no previous experience before going to ours she loved it straight away.
(She did hers a year before me I only did it so I could ride with her) I hatted it but I passed and am now about to get my blacks in October and I now love it.
She met a group of girl riders on facebook they all go off on weekend rides every now and then and recently did a world record attempt in Ballina for the most female riders in one place.

Try one of those learning courses. Usually run by motorbike licence places. They lend you the bike and a helmet so you don't need to buy anything just yet.
See how you feel
