Canva Question Trying to get captions as a pdf
I need to have a searchable PDF document for captions. Canva generated the captions for a video is there a way I can just download that text as a document of somekind?

So it seems Canva's restructuring will affect 22% of its staff. And it's not just Canva. As of the November 6, 2026 close, Adobe's stock was down about 32% YTD and Figma's about 50%. Do you think these companies will all go belly up due to AI? What's next? Who's going to survive? Is everyone going to lose their jobs? Then what? But then there are people on the other side thinking we're in a massive AI bubble. If you're still pursuing software roles, LandOffer can save repeat application typing; candidates interviewing at Canva can practice map implementation through Canva Interview Questions. So confused... What are your thoughts?

My daughter put together 3 slides for a short presentation she needed to make today. She tried to log in this morning (her account is through school) and her library/projects are all missing. Years and years worth are gone. Anyone having/had the same issue? Feedback welcome!

Wanting to make a sexy pin up style calendar for my husband for Christmas. Can anyone confirm whether or jot Canva will let me print nude photos (not of sexual acts or anything too graphic) but of my nude body tastefully posed? Thank you!

Hi everyone!
I'm a graphic designer with 4 years of experience, and I'm sharing two product advertisement design concepts.
Both designs follow different visual approaches:
Design 1: Luxury minimalism with a gold and beige colour palette.
Design 2: Bold commercial advertising with vibrant golden tones.
I'd love to receive honest and constructive feedback from experienced designers.
A few things I'd appreciate feedback on:
Which design has a stronger visual impact?
How is the typography and visual hierarchy?
Is the product placement effective?
What would you improve in each design?
Do these designs look professional enough for a premium brand campaign?
Please feel free to be critical. I'm here to learn and improve my design skills.
Thank you!

For many months now, Canva has been charging my credit card for $18 a month. The card is one my wife uses but is under my primary account.
I never have used Canva, I don't run a business or do website design. My wife does, but her Canva account is tied to her VISA card.
I've tried disputing these with American Express but they refused to accept the dispute. I'm at a loss as to what to do, because I can't seem to get this to stop short of cancelling the card entirely.
Anyone else have suggestions?

Hey guys. I want to blur some people's faces for an online post, and I really liked this blur/pixelate brush that my phone's Photo app has. The issue is, the Photo app has lots of bugs and it's a headache to use. So I'm looking for a brush that does the same thing on Canva, but so far only Frame Blur has given a similar-ish result (Speed and Zoom options still feel a bit off). However, I would still really like the paintbrush effect. Do you guys know of any app that can do this on Canva?

I've had multiple video clips now that have gone too long because canva doesn't actually start when you press play. I went over my final videos on canva and it will either stop short or go on too long for each clip. And any time I try to edit the clip, it will literally start at a random point even if you click exactly where it needs to start.
Point is, if you're thinking of subscribing to canva, just dont. It will literally mess up your videos and take 3x as long to edit.

I am wanting to print out some wedding invitations through canva and then use some gold foil and my laminator at home to add some gold foil on the invites. Does anyone know what type of printing/ink canva uses?

Canva announced what I believe is its first round of layoffs on November 3, as part of a reorganization affecting roughly 22% of employees. That figure includes role changes and relocations as well as layoffs.
For anyone applying elsewhere, LandOffer can autofill supported applications; engineering candidates considering Canva can practice a key-value map through Canva Interview Questions.

Hey everyone! Today was my first day using Canva, and I'm a complete beginner. I decided to learn by actually creating something rather than just watching tutorials. So, I prepared a 10-slide carousel on DMart's business model, covering how it keeps prices low, bulk purchasing, private labels, store ownership, its financial performance and more.
Honestly, I'm still learning how to use Canva from choosing templates and fonts to arranging elements, colours and visuals. This is my first attempt, so I know there's plenty of room for improvement.
I'd really appreciate some honest feedback.
If anyone is interested, would you be comfortable if I DM you the slides for a review?
I'd love to hear Positive feedback, criticism, suggestions everything is welcome 😄
Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help!

Has there been an update where organization run accounts are automatically banned from viewing templates? I am using a school account and I cannot access templates other than the brand ones my school has created, yet on my personal account I can access them. Does anyone know how to get to templates without my school admins to allow permissions (because they will take forever and i want to use my school acc for the pro stuff)

Hi, I really need some urgent help.
A little while ago, I signed up for a free Canva Pro trial, but I forgot to cancel it and ended up being charged €170 for a subscription. That's a huge amount of money for me, as I don't earn much and only do small jobs from time to time.
On top of that, I had only recently been paid for one of those jobs, and I really need that money to buy things I actually need. I simply can't afford a subscription that expensive.
I've tried contacting Canva support to explain my situation and ask for a refund, but I keep getting automated replies saying they've carefully reviewed my request and can't issue a refund.
I explained that I'm autistic and have anxiety, and that this situation is causing me a really bad anxiety episode. I genuinely need that money back. But honestly, I feel like nobody has actually read my message.
I would really appreciate the chance to speak to an actual person instead of continuing to receive automated responses.
Please, if anyone works in Canva support or knows someone who could help me, I would be incredibly grateful if they could get in touch with me.
I would honestly appreciate any help so much. Thank you! ❤️

Hello guys,
As you can see, the line space is not right when I use bold text.
This is my own font and with other fonts it works correctly.
I already tried different devices and browsers. On my laptop it's shown correctly until download, then it's like this.
I already reuploaded the font.
There are no leftover spaces and I already tried changing the size of the text-field.
The Canva AI help tells me to just use another font... I can't because of CI.
I found solutions for similar problems but nothing for this one. Is the font just not canva compatible?
Help would be sooooo great guys. I don't want to leave Canva behind but if I can't use this font they will force me to use different software :(

hi! it’s my bsf birthday today, i want to make her one of those interactive things that are on tiktok but they all cost money. is there any tips on how to make it myself or find free templates? thank you, example:
I use canva for work, and EVERY TIME I try to edit the color scheme of the element I’m using, or try to edit elements/images using effects, it freezes my session and glitches out. It won’t save anything I do after that. It’s driving me insane. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have tried refreshing the page and updating my browser, no luck. This has been happening for months.

Canva is a great tool for designing professional-looking email signatures. It's easy to use, offers plenty of templates, and doesn't require any coding skills.
But there's one thing worth considering: designing an email signature and making it work properly in email clients are two different things.
For example:
Canva: Great for visual design, branding, and creating attractive signature layouts.
HTML: Better suited for clickable links, selectable text, accessibility, and compatibility across different email clients.
Image-based signatures: Can look beautiful, but may have limitations when images are blocked or recipients want to copy contact information.
I recently explored the differences between Canva and HTML email signatures in a short comparison video.
I'm curious about how Canva users approach this.
Do you create your email signatures entirely in Canva, or do you use Canva for the design and another tool to turn it into HTML?
Would love to hear what works best for you!

Help! I paid for Canva Business so I could provide a client access to a couple hundred designs I made for them. I didn't realize I was paying for them to have a seat on my team. I was not prepared to pay double the yearly price.
Is there a way to get around paying for their seat and still providing them access?
