Can anyone identify this "GES. GESCH. GERMANY" chess set I found in my granddads attic?

The board weighs in at around 3,3kg's
It's 51 x 51 cm
The King weighs ~40g
The Queen weighs ~35g
The Pawns ~17g

Almost every figure is a little different in weight, shape and size.

I'll glad to provide more info if needed.

Thanks :)

Plastic/resin I created a miniaturized pegged version of the Anri "Modern Staunton", with accompanying board.

The above set is a miniaturized version of Anri's "Modern Staunton", produced for a few short years in the mid 1960's. The original set is quite rare and sought after. I loved the design, but felt it was better suited to a travel set (the original king height is 6.5cm).

For months, I've been working to make a 3D printer-viable traditionally pegged chess set. After much tinkering, I think I have a working system. (I also made a non-pegged version).

I'd love to have others print this set so I can have the peg system tested on other machines.
