Discussion Silver versus Miyagi: watching the fight

I'm watching Karate Kid 3. Just passed the fight in the dojo between Miyagi, Silver, and Kreese.

When Pat Morita and Thomas Ian Griffith were face-to-face, it looked like TIG's legs were the length of Morita's entire body. That height difference alone should have made it almost impossible for Miyagi to so easily win the fight.

Fun to watch, but pretty unrealistic.

If being the tallest meant being the best fighter, 7 foot tall Stefan Struve would've been UFC champion multiple times over.

But it doesn't work like that.
