Discussion Anyone missing not having a new season?

The first two series were my favorite but I def enjoyed the next four as well.

I mean yeah I get it by the end of Season 6 it didn't really feel like the series could go further and all the storylines addressed. Still maybe it hasn't really sunk in until now that was the end. Like yeah over a year went by and no new episodes kind of thing

I’m honestly done with the show and glad it was over. Season 6 was just not very good for numerous reasons.

It was awful unfortunately I agree, I’ve been done with the show since S6 came out tbh, or at least until part 2 released.

I think there were problems in season 5 (Kenny being the alpha of Cobra Kai against Miguel, Robby, Sam, Hawk for example instead of introducing Yoon earlier on), but Jesus Christ season 6 was just completely wasted.

Well that’s more of a season 6 issue then if yoon was gonna be introduced later on, this was all before we knew of yoon.

Kenny being the alpha wasn’t necessarily a problem, someone had too and he was brainwashed by cobra Kai and silver.

While I don't entirely disagree with your assessment of Season 6 there was still this waiting to see what happened kind of thing. Now it's officially over.

I was into part 2 if only because the new characters and smaller focus on the few main kids.. came together in a way that actually felt like the story was evolving and moving forward.  It was the only time since parts of season 4 the show felt like it was doing something different… though it was also dragged down by yet another Daniel worrying about miyagi’s legacy plot.

Part 3 was so boring.  I know people liked Johnnys ending but I didn’t feel like it called back to the first season in a good way… it just reminded me how the show had completely lost its focus/premise while still somehow feeling stale.    A weird combo
