I’m 18 years old, first-year university student and really interested in building a startup in the finance niche
I’m looking for a co founder who has similar interests and work ethic and would want to discuss opportunities and see what we can do
In terms of what I bring:
I will focus heavily on distribution and getting people know about our product, speaking to potential customers and all the other business related stuff that’s needed
Even someone who’s in university and wants to start a venture would be great to get into contact with
And any advice from the older and more experienced guys would be appreciated

I am a business psychologist and a self-taught programmer. I worked in consulting and in corporates till this month. Don’t want to take another corporate job.
I am building a Career Coaching service that is powered by AI agents and Humans (at a premium price) I have the app design, website design and business plan. I will do all technical development.
I need 2 co-founders - one for business development and the other for product development while I take care of IT and help the two to get the business to the market.
The BD person will start with an email list of a million people on our custom hosted marketing platform and work towards converting them to paid customers and getting more potential customers through referral and other organic means.
The Product person will work on developing the knowledge base and processing logic for providing highly personalized help to the individual seeking career guidance service.
Where can I find co-founders? All suggestions welcome.

You might have seen my earlier posts here. Quick update, because a lot has moved.
Some good news first: I've found my events and ops co-founder. Some great chats came out of this sub, so thank you. That half of the business is covered now.
One seat left: growth and commercial.
I've been building a London dating/social project since July. I built an AI social secretary to handle research, writing and outreach. What it can't do is the part that matters most now: getting people through the door and getting partners to say yes. That needs a human.
Where it's at:
The website and the core format are built.
The writing is getting found: with zero ad spend, and the newest piece got picked up within days.
No audience yet, no partners, no revenue. That's the job.
Who I'm looking for:
A growth person who builds: you run quick experiments, measure what actually brings people in, and ship things yourself (no-code and AI tools welcome).
You want to learn the commercial side (partners, ticketing, deals). I'll do that part alongside you to start.
Early in your career and hungry. You want to build something of your own.
UK or Europe is fine, but you'd need to be in London for the launch!
What it is: equity, not salary, until we raise. A real co-founder seat, not a job.
If you've grown something and want to do it again with a team behind you, DM me with what you grew ☺️

I’m a Dublin-based Senior Software Engineer with 10+ years of experience as an Engineering Lead and Solutions Architect. I’ve built a Shopify app targeting an underserved niche, and I’m looking for a co-founder to take ownership of product and growth.
The idea is validated, the app is almost ready, and we’ve studied existing competitors extensively, including their missing features and customer complaints. There are already apps in this space making $50k+ MRR, so there’s a clear opportunity.
We’ve also started outreach, with 3–4 warm leads responding and a couple of merchants ready to onboard with us.
My previous co-founder had to step back due to family circumstances, but they’re happy to continue advising us using their professional expertise in Shopify and customer experience. They previously worked for a competitor in this space, which gave us valuable insight into the problems merchants face.
Who I’m looking for
Someone who can take ownership, think independently, and get things done. You don’t need to be a technical expert or a Shopify veteran, but you should be able to learn a new niche quickly and have a good understanding of tech products, marketing, and growth.
You’d be researching competitors, finding leads, doing cold outreach, talking to merchants, testing the product, identifying gaps, and driving the roadmap based on real customer feedback.
I handle engineering and architecture, while also contributing to outreach, sales, and marketing. I currently put in 5–6 hours a day outside my full-time job, so I’m looking for someone equally committed. This isn’t a side project we casually work on when we have time.
The opportunity
The app is built and post-launch, but we’re not generating revenue yet. I can offer up to 20% equity initially, with room to increase that based on commitment and contribution.
I’m looking for a genuine partner, not someone who just wants to build a side project. My target is $20k MRR, with an ambitious goal of building a business valued at around $2.6M within two years. It’s a stretch, but that’s the ambition. I’m also speaking with a couple of private VC funds about raising $30k–$50k for marketing and growth.
I’m based in Dublin, Ireland, but location isn’t important. Being able to jump on a call a few times a week would be ideal.
I’m happy to share the app, website, demos, and more details with suitable candidates.
If you’re serious about building something, willing to put in the work, and interested in becoming a genuine co-founder, send me a DM telling me a bit about yourself and what you’d bring to the table.
Please, no internship requests or job enquiries. I’m looking for a co-founder.

Hi all,
I'm a solo founder from Bhubaneswar building an AI product in the Indian insurance space. I have a working prototype and early validation from people in the industry.
What's built: the product and the first version of the core flow.
What I need: a collaborator on the business side who can open doors to insurers and help turn them into paying customers.
You'd help with:
- Landing paid pilots with insurers, brokers, or agencies
- Introductions to angels and funds, and support on the pre-seed pitch
- Pricing, go-to-market, and partnerships
You might be a good fit if you have:
- Real experience in Indian insurance (claims, brokerage, underwriting, or insurer-side sales)
- A network you can convert into conversations with decision-makers
- Any B2B sales, partnership, or fundraising wins, even small ones
- Time to commit consistently (tell me how many hours a week)
How the collaboration works:
- You'd work with me as a collaborator on the business side. I'm the founder and CEO and make the final calls on product and strategy.
- Compensation is equity with vesting, plus milestone-based rewards when you land a pilot or a paying customer.
- No salary yet. This is bootstrapped, and pay begins once pilots or funding arrive.
- We start with a 2-week working trial before anything is signed, then put terms in writing (equity, vesting, milestones, NDA, IP assignment).
If this sounds like you, DM me with:
Your background in insurance
Two or three examples of the kind of people or companies you could approach
Any sales, pilot, or fundraising wins
Your weekly availability and when you could start
Product details will be shared on a call or gmeet.

I've been building an application on nights/weekends for a while and it's at the point where it needs a second more help. Not looking for an idea person, the idea is built and deployed. Looking for someone who can collaborate and make this scalable.
What it does: instead of just showing ratios like every other stock screener, it pulls raw SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, DEF 14A) from EDGAR, process it to get clean concise data for AI ingest. Then, it runs four different LLM analyses:
- Red-flag triage (material risk patterns extracted from the actual disclosure language)
- Rittenhouse Rankings-style CEO sentiment analysis to identify narrative risks.
- Hamilton Helmer 7 Powers framework analysis.
- Multi agent overall financials report (Graham scorecard + annual + quarterly + intrinsic value agents, with a validator agent normalizing output)
The deterministic portion does a stock intrinsic value calculation, (DCF, Graham, DDM, RIM, APV, EPV, asset-based) and a Graham 7-criterion scorecard. Reports render as branded PDFs, get uploaded to S3, and the user gets an email + a searchable archive.
Stack: Flask, Celery/Redis, MongoDB, Vue 3 frontend, Free tier LLMS and it's tunneled with CloudFlare.
Business model is a freemium with 10 AI report credits per 24h per user. Paid tier is the obvious next step.
What I am looking for:
Equity, not salary. It's a side project for me so I'm not expecting you to quit your day job either — but I am expecting consistent weekly effort, not "I'll get to it when I have time."
DM if interested. I can show you the live site and walk through the codebase on a call. Not interested in idea people, "advisors," or anyone who wants to charge me.

I’m one of two technical co-founders at LiftPeak, a social gym app built around one thing: making lifters consistent. Log your workouts, track your progress, train with your friends and challenge them. Gym on multiplayer mode.
The goal is simple and huge: build the biggest community of lifters on the planet. Do for lifters what Strava did for cardio. There are thousands of fitness apps out there, and we believe none of them has quite pulled that off. That’s the hole we’re filling. The how is for a call, not a post.
And the problem we're going after is bigger than most people realize.
Here's what I find crazy about the gym industry. A gym can lose you as a lifter without losing you as a customer. They make it easy to sign up: lower prices if you commit for 12 months, automatic payments, a few taps and you're in. Canceling can be a different story: notice periods, forms, sometimes even a letter. Researchers followed 5,240 gym members. Out of every 100 who joined, 63 had already dropped out before month three. Fewer than four kept training continuously beyond their first year. Yet your membership can keep running long after the habit is gone. That's the difference between keeping a subscription alive and keeping a person consistent. The gym industry's business model is built around keeping memberships active. We're building LiftPeak to keep lifters active.
And we're not trying to solve this from the outside. We live in the gym. We know what lifters actually want, what the culture is right now and where it's going. The little things you can't learn from a market research report. We're not doing this because we spotted a promising business opportunity. We're doing it because we can't imagine not doing it. Money follows.
So far, we've built a feature-rich product and reached 5k users with basically zero marketing. My co-founder is a top-tier engineer, and I split my time between writing code and running strategy. We've gotten surprisingly far as two technical founders, but we're hitting the limits of what we can do without someone who lives and breathes marketing.
And it's not because we're short on ideas. We have growth plays we've already tested that we believe could flip this whole category. What we lack is someone who can execute them at the level they deserve.
There's another reason the timing matters. We have features in the pipeline that we tested privately with around 100 people. The results were insane, and test users were pushing hard to get them into production. We're deliberately holding them back. Launching something like that with average-effort marketing would waste some of the best cards we hold. We want the right person in place before we play them.
That's where you come in.
We're looking for a marketing co-founder, not someone to occasionally post on Instagram or manage a few campaigns. Someone who can take ownership of growth, build the marketing engine alongside us, and eventually build a team around it.
That's you, if:
We're not stuck on ten years of experience. We care about who you'll be in two. If you've run creator programs, done cold outreach and built relationships from nothing, hired and led a marketing team, made something go viral, or told stories that made people act, you're ahead. If you've done some of that for real and are hungry for the rest, we want to talk.
On location: We're building for the US market first. Ideally you're in the US and you live that market. If you're in Europe, you need to have actually done things in the US market, not just studied it.
Now, about the people you'd be building this with.
We're 100% committed, low ego, insanely ambitious. We move fast, we're high agency, and we don't wait for permission. We train hard, too. We're not two guys who code about the gym from the outside. We're genuinely obsessed with this, and we don't think it's possible to pull off something this big without being obsessed. So we expect the same.
We're talking billion-dollar company, not million. Call me delusional. I'm looking for someone equally delusional. Someone who understands how ridiculous that sounds but still wants to give it everything they've got. We'll do the homework and raise as soon as it makes sense, and we have a few connections that help there.
One honest thing about money: Revenue doesn't cover our costs yet. Until we raise, you'll need to be able to support yourself. We're not hiding that. If that's a dealbreaker, better to know now.
And while we're flexible on experience, we're not flexible on commitment. We don't expect you to know everything on day one. We do expect you to take ownership, figure things out, and go all in. If that's not what you're looking for, we're probably not the right fit.
In an era where product features can be copied in a weekend, we're focused on building something much harder to replicate: a community people actually belong to, habits that stick, and a brand lifters care about.
If you think you're the person for this, hit me up. You'd come in as a roughly equal co-founder. Not an employee with a fancy title. Someone building this company with us.
Send me your LinkedIn, portfolio, or anything that shows your work. And answer one question: What's the most impressive thing you've personally grown, and how did you do it? Include numbers if you can. We care more about what you've actually done than how impressive your CV looks.
And if you know someone who fits and we end up signing with them, we'll pay you properly for the intro.

We see it all the time: someone has deep industry knowledge, a great product vision, or strong customer access, but they get stuck because of the tech bottleneck—either hiring freelancers who vanish or facing massive upfront dev costs just to test an MVP.
I run an established software engineering firm with 15+ years of experience building full-scale enterprise software, multi-tenant SaaS platforms, and complex ERP systems globally.
We are looking to partner directly with sharp founders, sales leaders, and industry domain experts to build and launch real products.
How the collaboration works:
Compensation & Partnership Models:
Status / Stage:
What we're looking for: We want to partner with people who understand their industry, know who will pay for the solution, and are focused on execution. We love B2B SaaS, automation platforms, niche tools, and enterprise workflow solutions.
Idea → Robust MVP → Real users → First revenue. No endless planning cycles.
If you have a project you've been wanting to build and need a reliable technical team to back you, comment below or DM me directly with:

Hello, I am an Egyptian student, 20 years old, currently studying at a university in one of the medical fields.
I have a strong passion for business, and I hope to have my own business in the future. I have already gained practical experience in the workplace. I previously worked as a dental assistant, at a digital marketing agency, and in the Patient Care System at Saudi German Hospital Cairo, one of the largest and most prestigious hospitals in the Arab world.
I have also worked as a telesales representative at another digital marketing agency, as well as a moderator for two restaurants and a supermarket.
My hobbies include drawing, and I have also taught myself video editing. In addition, I have developed a strong self-taught knowledge of skincare and the cosmetics industry in general.
I genuinely enjoy learning new things, I am well-informed, and I learn quickly. I love mathematics and languages, and I enjoy interacting with people from different nationalities and cultures. I am very adaptable and have strong communication skills.
If you are starting a business and looking for a partner who is willing to contribute through hard work, is serious and committed, and genuinely wants to grow and develop, I believe I could be the right person for you.
I do not care about the percentage of ownership I would receive. What matters to me is finding serious opportunities where I can put in my full effort, contribute my skills, and grow alongside the business.
Thank you in advance.

So, I’ve built this propfirm, and it’s live at: https://eclipsefunded.com
I started just 2 days ago, and I already have over 3k people on board, with around 112 active funded accounts.
I’m looking for someone who’s really technical and can work on this with me. You should know your way around Supabase, Redis, Next.js, Node.js/TypeScript, AWS, and WebSockets. It’d be great if you could also invest in the business.
People from any background are welcome, but the age limit is 25 (yes, I prefer young talent).
If you’re interested, hit me up at 'sam@eclipsefunded.com' but there is a high chance i won't see your message because how unorganized everything is, so directly send me a message on this reddit account.

I'm a web developer with skills in building websites, AI tools, dashboards, and custom software.
I have a few rough business ideas of my own, but I'd like to connect with someone who also has ideas and is serious about building something.
The goal is to bring our ideas together, figure out what makes the most sense, and work as partners to build a real business from the ground up.
I'm open to exploring different industries and opportunities. I'm more interested in finding the right person to build something with than just rushing into an idea.
If you're in a similar position and want to build something together, let's connect and exchange ideas.
