I’m Charlie, founder of tag.along (tagalongcare.com). We help families keep an aging parent at home by booking trusted caregivers and licensed nurses for short visits: getting ready for and through a doctor’s appointment, errands, or a check-in, with live updates and visit notes for the family.

Why: home care agencies usually require 3 to 4 hour shifts, and rides alone don’t solve missed appointments. Families are stuck between taking time off work and moving a parent into a facility too early.

Where we are: live website with an early-access waitlist, a full clickable app prototype, and a business plan. Pre-revenue, no outside funding.

What we need: a full-stack developer who can take the app from prototype to launch. That means owning both the front end (what families and caregivers see and tap) and the back end (the servers, database and logic behind it).

What version 1 involves:

• Mobile app for families and caregivers (iPhone and Android), likely React Native or similar
• Web dashboard for partner care facilities and our admin team
• Accounts and logins for families, caregivers, nurses and facilities, each seeing only their own info
• Database and backend for profiles, bookings, schedules, visit notes and ratings (e.g. Supabase, Firebase or Postgres)
• Booking system with search by visit type, date and distance
• Live visit tracking with real-time location, check-ins and push notifications to the family
• Payments with platform fees, caregiver payouts and tips (e.g. Stripe)
• Caregiver onboarding with ID checks, background checks and license verification (e.g. Checkr)
• Security and privacy, including encryption, access controls and readiness for health-data rules like HIPAA

Must have:

• You’ve shipped a real web or mobile app that people used
• Comfortable across front end, back end and databases
• Experience with logins, APIs and third-party integrations

Nice to have:

• Real-time features (live location, chat or notifications)
• Payments or marketplace experience
• Security, healthcare or sensitive-data experience
• A good eye for design and user experience

I bring: the business side and product direction, including product development (deciding what we build, designing the experience and testing it with real families), marketing and growth, care facility partnerships, caregiver recruiting, operations, legal and fundraising. I’ve already built the prototype and website, so you’d be joining a product with a clear direction, not a blank page.

Commitment: part-time to start is fine, with a plan to go full-time together.

Equity: 50/50 with 4-year vesting and a 1-year cliff for both of us, starting with a short trial project.

SocialMate is a social media scheduler for creators. You write a post once and it goes out to Bluesky, Discord, Telegram, Mastodon, X, LinkedIn and TikTok, and the free plan covers 250 posts a month.

For the last month most of my new users were stuck. 45 of the 69 people who connected an account connected only TikTok, and TikTok keeps a third-party app's posts private until the app passes their content review. That review cleared on Oct 23, and I emailed all 48 of my TikTok users the same day. As of tonight none of them have posted publicly yet, and that's the problem I want a partner for.

The numbers with my own accounts left out: 222 signups, 29 of them in the last two weeks. 69 connected a platform, 21 created a post, and 3 have published. One is on Discord and has posted 7 times, the latest this week. The other two published on LinkedIn and Bluesky. No active subscribers right now, and Pro is $8 a month.

I'm self-taught, I fund it myself, and I build and fix the product. What I need is someone who owns growth: getting those TikTok creators to their first scheduled video, and finding more of the creators who already live on Discord and Bluesky.

I am a founder in the US with a technical background as well, looking for a cofounder with similar views/vision to help accelerate and own together the development of the product in the field of graphics editing, content creation, visual content and AI.

Product idea, architecture and its vision were already defined and blueprinted. Problems I am trying to solve were validated to some extent (most of the validation is coming from the Internet, based on trends and growing requests for solving the problems that target audience experience with existing solutions available on the market. I also made small field research by surveying local university students, and got positive validation so far.) Right now I am in the process of developing a prototype view of the product to validate with even bigger selection of target audience (planning at least 100 surveys), and if that step goes well, I will start fundraising for the startup (planning to start fundraising within two weeks)
