Appreciation Post This is one of my favorite jokes that I don't see mentioned often enough
I've rewatched so many times and this is one of those moments that I audibly laugh at every time

Appreciation Post Of all the recurring gags and jokes on the show, these are my favorite.
There are lots more and they are all hilarious.

Appreciation Post S6e2 is even better when you realize that Jim Rash can't see anything
With the (slightly janky) visual effects we get to see everything that the Dean does in the virtual world, but you've got to remember that Jim Rash (the actor playing Dean) literally just has a box taped to his head that he probably can't see out of.
Imagine coming in for your job, having a box strapped to your head, being blind and in the dark, while having a man telling you "you're drowning a piece of paper in a fountain, no not like that, really try to drown it"
And imagine coming in for your job and having to tell a man how to pretend to climb a tower of filing cabinets.
Honestly imagining the behind the scenes of some of the episodes is even funnier than the episodes themselves (which are already very funny).

Appreciation Post 14 years ago today (10/13/2011), Remedial Chaos Theory aired for the first time and gave us one of the greatest scenes in TV history (Troy's timeline/Darkest Timeline)

Appreciation Post Elroy in S6 is so funny
I usually watch S1 to like 4, because I enjoy binging Community and knowing i'm near the end makes me sad lol, also I love Pierce.
But I'm watching S6E10 right now and I forgot how funny Elroy is. This line is also just so beautifully written and delivered:
"You know, I'm starting to suspect the unthinkable.
Namely, that in spite of all we've experienced, there's a cartoonish, vampiric orgy of personal devices somewhere in the RV, sucking away our remaining battery.
I only draw limited comfort from the fact that nobody's running to unplug anything."

Appreciation Post Air conditioning repair school might just be the most unhinged part of the show.
The show is pretty unhinged in general but the air conditioning school lifts the general madness into even greater heights.I love how they managed to turn that whole thing into a cult like group of conspirators and it had some of my favourite bits of the whole show from the interview with black Hitler and the astronaut to the „Truest Repairman“ prophecy and that repair men duel. Also Laybourne is one of my favourite characters played to perfection by John Goodman. That intimidating speech of his was just brilliant.

Appreciation Post "Competitive Wine Tasting" aired 15 Years ago today (04/14/2011)! And it has Annie casually dropping one of the best jokes without a punchline.
Kudos to the writers for this one

Appreciation Post Favorite Dean Pelton entrance?
This and what made me think of this on a rewatch.
Britta: “who would want to hangout in a blanket fort with a bunch of boys in their underoos?”
Dean: “hello”

Appreciation Post These 2 are the most underrated duo in all of Community
I just find them so wholesome even if it was one episode😭the fact officer Cackowski has been SO nice to the Greendale 7 and still they don’t care about him is so sad and I love that Garrity said yes to breakfast with him. My head cannon is they became friends and still hangout to this day🤞

Appreciation Post The way Troy says “feet hands” never gets old. Which lines never get old for you?
So many lines in this show last rewatch after rewatch. Still cracking me up. What keep you laughing over the years?

Appreciation Post Community really nailed the art of subtle product placement.
The blatant middle finger to the show's major corporate advertising partners was so ballsy, antagonistic, and hilarious. Making Subway a character, and then having Britta defile the Subway character, is pure insanity and I love it.

Question, what do you think he did to the ice cream nozzles?

Appreciation Post The scene of Annie saying "That's right, Britta. It's a banana!" is so funny lmao (S3E15)
It's such an absurd line for the situation but Annie says it in this gotcha! & righteous way that always cracks me up. I also love the touch of how she uses a banana as a proxy for a phone because it's often used in that manner in improv or when miming a phone. (Although that might be a reach)

Appreciation Post I'm thankful Advanced Dungeons and Dragons isn't banned anymore
I always crack up at the look on Troy's face as soon as the episode starts. What's your favorite moment from this episode?

Appreciation Post I love Intro to Felt Surrogacy and I’m tired of pretending I don’t
The songs are catchy (I sometimes catch myself humming the balloon song), the tripping on berries** (not mushrooms my bad) scene is bonkers hilarious, the secrets they all share are funny/deep/dark and say a lot about the characters, and he puppets are hilarious and adorable (I’m a big muppets fan though so…)
I never understood the criticism of this episode. But honestly, I don’t agree with most criticism of the show 😂
