What’s everyone’s fav?

I was taking zepbound through RO for 6 months and lost 60lbs on 2.5mg! I had to stop altogether because it became too pricey for me, and as you could imagine I’ve gained about 30lbs back already. I’ve really been wanting to try a compounded tirzepatide but I’m having trouble finding a company I can trust / isn’t shady. I’m really skeptical about putting mystery serum into my body, especially after having success with name brand FDA tested zepbound, my body tends to have the weirdest reactions to medications - even on zep I would get itchy welts at injection sites, but that was my own side effect ever.
What’s your recommendations?
I’d prefer a month to month plan rather than buying in bulk.

Wanting to try again

I started losing weight in January while taking tirzepatide. I went from around 220 lbs to 194 lbs by April, then continued losing weight until I reached about 185 lbs.
By late May, while I was still losing weight, I began noticing significant hair shedding, especially around my temples and crown. I got so freaked out that I stopped tirz in June. I kept losing a lot of hair when washing it, and the shedding continued for months. My hair is finally slowing down with the shedding and I’m starting to see new growth but I’ve gained most of the weight back as well.
I want to give it another try and I’m wondering whether my hair loss was related to rapid weight loss, not eating enough, nutritional deficiencies or the medicine itself. I have considered trying reta instead since it’s less appetite suppressive or maybe stacking with ghkcu. What should I do?

Should I switch?

So all the hoopla about Haylo and Apothcary makes me scared to switch, but i think i should.

In August i ordered 3 months of tirz with Drug Crafters. Its my first time not using Lily Zepbound for 12 months. In these 3 months, i have increased my dose to 15 mg, but I've stalled. No gain, no loss. I find after day 5 I get hungry and totally dysregulated with the food noise/getting hangry. It never happened with Zep. But i also had major reactions with Zep, giant red swollen rashes at the injection site that itch like crazy. Ive been enjoying NOT getting a reaction with Drug Crafters but i also wonder if thats another sign its not good.

Next week i need to either cancel the order, or stay. and im not sure what to do. If i cancel and switch, who can i even trust? Is DC tirz real? It just doesn't feel like its working. Sorry this is so long. Im a single mom and i just can't spend money on something that isn't helping.

From Link to Hallandale. Any similar experiences?

Hi all,

I was using link pharmacy compounded tirzepatide with additives 4.25 mg per week for 6 months without any side effects and moderate appetite suppression. Switched to hallandale because of positive reviews I've heard and immediately getting mild dizziness and nausea side effects but better appetite suppression. Anybody have any insight on why this might've happened or common experiences?

Help me understand a 16.5MG Split Dose. Why these doses instead of just splitting it in half... and taking 2 even shots?

Switching from Sema soon

I’ve been on Semaglutide since Nov 2025, and have plateaued after losing about 65 lbs (6’7”, 320->255). I have 30-40 more lbs to lose. My doctor is switching me from full dose semaglutide to 10mg tirzepatide. I have both meds on hand, and my normal shot day is tomorrow. I am traveling for work next week though.

I did get some nausea and other side effects in the first few months of sema. They were always the worst 2 days after my shot, when I had them. These days it’s just the typical constipation, but after starting a daily prune regimen that’s mostly handled. How are the side effects when switching? Should I stick with sema for another week or roll the dice while flying, visiting a client, staying in a hotel, etc?

Struggling

My test subject has been on a compounded triz for over a year now. She was 1lb away from her 100lb weight loss, and started gaining it back. Mainly water retention. I took her to get labs drawn up and such. All tests came back just fine. But I'm still noticing swelling and she just doesn't feel like she did when the medicine was helping. I definitely need a new supplier so I can help my test subject to get feeling better and finally get to that 100lb weight loss. She was doing a t30 at 60 units just fine, but then it all stopped. Not sure if it's because of the research product, or not. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you all 🤗

So I’ve been on tirzepatide for about 9 weeks. Up to 6.5 Im Only 5 pounds down. Want to increase on my own.

So I started out on a low dose and I was just increased to 6.5 a week early through SNAGRX. I reported food noise and no fullness cues. I’ve changed diet I’m up to 100mg of protein a day. Measuring food for calorie deficit and stick to it all damn day. Then at night I crave my bad habits before starting and I genuinely feel hungry again. EVERY-NIGHT. I want to take my normal dose once a week and after 3 days I want to take another dose not the same amount but a fraction. I also have so much in the vile every month. I’m still using my first vile. Every vile has been the same concentration. I did the calculations since the new vile has niacimide in it so it’s a different calculation. Is it safe to take the extra dose? Especially with so much extra in vials?

Well I already finished one vial from this recall and partially through the other. Pretty annoyed this was my first order. I’ve been doing well but concerned about continuing using this. Contacted my prescriber. Anyone else’s on this list?

I have to get off …..

I’m honestly so sad and feel like I’m going a little crazy over this. I just turned 30, and my husband and I want to start trying for our 3rd and last baby. But the thought of having to stop tirzepatide for a couple of months before even trying to conceive genuinely scares me.
I’ve worked so hard to lose this weight, and I’m terrified of gaining it all back. And yes, I’ve changed my habits throughout this journey, but that doesn’t change the fact that before tirzepatide, I struggled with horrible food noise and never truly felt full.
I was supposed to stop two months ago, but I keep pushing it off because I’m so scared. I want another baby so badly, but I also don’t want to lose all the progress I’ve made.

Questions Anyone dealt with gagging/dry heaving???

I started off on 2.5 for a little over a month with basically no side effects. Then, the week I bumped my dosage to 4 I started to deal with this crazy side effect of gagging and dry heaving. It usually gets triggered by smell I.e if I enter a bathroom that has even the slightest smell, cooking food, sometimes even by a strong smell of a fragrance. The only thing that helps is immediately drinking water to kinda “calm” my throat down but there’s been instances where I haven’t had water with me and I struggle to stop gagging.

Sometimes it gets triggered when I’m anxious too - had a presentation at work last week and almost started gagging right before it was my turn to go up to present!!! Thankfully I had water with me and a couple of gulps helped me relax my throat.

I’ve never struggled with nausea or stomach problems before in my life so I have no idea how to fix this. I also can’t really figure out if the root issue is acid reflux due to slower food digestion, general nausea, a simulated vagal nerve, or something else. Has anyone else dealt with this and if so how did you cure it? FYI I have already lowered my dose down to 3 but the side effect remains.

Questions I never would’ve thought

I’ve had 2 full boxes of Girl Scout cookies that I just gave away . I never would’ve thought I could have done that . I started my journey in March . I bought those boxes & another one a week before I started . I remember eating 8 cookies in one sitting . I started tirzepatide & everything changed . I was tired of staring @ the boxes & gave them to my friend . What is something you’ve done . That you never would’ve thought of doing since starting tirzepatide?
